When Kaguya was sealed before by Hagoromo and Hamura, Kaguya created Black Zetsu and he escaped. But, neither of them noticed Black Zetsu's escape. So, why can't the same thing happen with Naruto and Sauske ?

It definitely doesn't it. The panel is clearly showing Madara's trajectory from the rabbits mouth. No bijuu has every freely jumped into a persons body like that. They always have a blob like quality not a straight line. You are super wrong.

The rabbit was never said to be a Bijuu though. There are only 10 Bijuu shown in the manga ; Shinju and the Nine Bijuu. The rabbit is not a Bijuu. U_U

What is it then? It's a creature made of chakra that shares every notable characteristic of a bijuu. The name does little to help your argument or hurt mine. The point is that the line shows Madara's trajectory, anyone who has read manga or comics for a reasonable amount of time, and isn't trying to twist things to fit some poor theory, knows exactly what that is.

If she could escape that easily, why did she have to create a will-clone to facilitate the gathering of the 9 bijuu from the moon and the initialization of a world-ending jutsu over the span of 1000+ years to bring her back?

The manga is ending. There are no more twists and no more final villains. Just accept it. Don't be in denial.

That dimension is connected to the normal world as shown by the chakra appearing there. Seriously, this is another Tobi=Obito. Nor do we know the Rabbit's abilities.

Ultimately out of the three only Kaguya really counts as the juubi as her will created it when she merged with the shinju. Mazou is what's left after chakra is removed from the juubi, at which point it ceases to be a bijuu.

Why do you assume this has anything to do with the written manga? This announcement is about the new movie. IMO, this new era project is the beginning of a series of movies that will continue once the manga ends.
