The prospect of Madara returning to the good side.

I don't think it's possible to redeem his character as well. But knowing this is NV, anything's possible. Like how the five villages joined hands to form the alliance despite the grudges they held with each other. Idk man... For now, I'm thinking he will switch side (if he does come back) but his actions can't be forgiven, and he will probably die/disappear once he plays his part in defeating Kaguya. Who knows.

I just want for once a villan to stay a villain. I feel like most of the major villains get redeemed and it's kind of annoying lol

I know that feeling but chances are, that's very unlikely to happen.

I'd like to think that Madara will return, but he won't so much become good as just ally with Naruto and the others to kill Kaguya.

All of the people saying "Madara turning good can't happen" Well guess what? He was never "evil". Does someone "evil" want world peace? To stop all Shinobi's suffering? Of course not! While his methods were questionable, he truly believed that he was doing the right thing by "ending the curse of Shinobi and chakra". So if he does return, it's more than likely he'll "turn good".

He will definitely seek revenge against Kaguya but what can he do by himself? Especially when Kaguya is a Goddess. If he wants to take Kaguya/BZ down, he has to collaborate with the Alliance. In that case, the enemies of his enemy are his friends. Either ways, I still think Madara will turn good if he is revived.
