The prospect of Madara returning to the good side.

How would you react if Madara returned in some form and decided to join the Alliance to help defeat Kaguya and/or BZ? There's a slim chance that he will return but if he does make a comeback, I'd say there's a huge possibility of him changing side. After all, everything that Madara did up to this point was for the success of the Mugen Tsukuyomi's plan. He succeeded, yet little did he know that the MT was a technique designed to turn people into living slaves and amass the chakra back from them. A technique that would later restore Kaguya. BZ altered the contents of the Uchiha tablet and tricked Madara into thinking that the MT was the solution to peace (via dreams). That's why I think Madara will become good again if he does come back... simply because he lived his whole life based on a lie.

So how would you feel if Madara returned to the good side?

Personally, I don't mind seeing Madara and Hashirama working together once again. That last episode hit me right in the feels man.

If he returns, I will not mind. If he changes sides, I will drop the manga. Kishi's reluctance to let the villain stay evil really annoys me, his treatment of some characters is just bad.

kishi made it clear he'll switch teams when he showed his flashback, made his reason for IT be a somewhat noble one, and have hashi say izuna love to sasuke. also bz castrated his villiany just as madara took away obitos backstory....

He'll probably be reluctant to join but hago might tnj him saying bz changed the tablet or something. So there's a high chance he'll join the good side, But he'd probably be really fodder tho...

It's possible, if he does get revived, but I feel like that whole redemption theme is kinda redundant. Obito's redemption was cool, imo he wasn't truly evil, he was unsure of what he was doing, so he kinda just seemed lost. Madara wasn't ever like that.

I don't think it's possible to redeem his character as well. But knowing this is NV, anything's possible. Like how the five villages joined hands to form the alliance despite the grudges they held with each other. Idk man... For now, I'm thinking he will switch side (if he does come back) but his actions can't be forgiven, and he will probably die/disappear once he plays his part in defeating Kaguya. Who knows.

i was about to point out that big smile. im actually looking forward to see madara as the nice guy standing besides hashi on top of the mountain. perhaps at the end theyll go back there.
