This whole thing is opinion based. Nonetheless it's your opinion.

I think he's a good villain. Troubled youth avenging injustice his clan was put through. Seems good to me, we'll see through the fight how good he turns out being

HYDRA from the Marvel films have the same goals and methods as Sasuke. They are widely considered villains.

That is an interesting way of putting it, and a pretty good analogy. It reminds me of the Captain America 2 movie!(The Winter Soldier).

Yes he is neither intimidating nor threatening, he's just insipid and petty.

Oh c'mon Sir Derp. Now you are getting a bit out of hand. He isn't threatening? He isn't Intimidating? You are known for your ability to throw out excellent theories and defend it throughly. But I can show you many scans that will make what you just said look silly.

Sasuke has that "supreme confidence" which makes him intimidating. He seems like the type that will never lose or always has something up his sleeve.

Maybe he's not as dark anymore, but I thought he was intimidating when he awakened his MS.

But being intimidating isn't the only thing that makes a villain.

The problem is when a great villain talks big, he can usually back his words with results, but with Sasuke, he tends to eat his own words (Sasuke: Shut up Kakashi, I'm in charge here! result: gets trolled by Kaguya)

To sum it up: Sasuke's bark is louder than his bite.

As of right now there is only one person stopping Sasuke from doing whatever he wants to do. And that's Naruto. He is in a position to be talking big.

No he isn't in a position to talk big, and we already know that he's not going to deliver results and the Kages will all be fine, a failed revolution that's just all talk, like I said, he barks louder than he bites.

Did you honestly created this thread out of hatred or are you that naive to believe Sasuke was going to see the end result of his revolution? and saying he isn't going kill any of the Kages seems like an arrogant move to me and we both know you have been wrong before(about 90% of the time).

Anyway, Sasuke has actually brought some quality back to this manga after all the terrible villains we have witness bar Madara(a great villain by the way) in the War arc.

Sasuke is not a villain though. Thru Sasuke's eyes, Naruto is the main villain because he is the one protecting the shinobi system even though his own dad told him its broken so indirectly, Minato has always supported Sasuke in the same way Itachi supported Naruto

Hurpdurp alert.

I'm not really sure why the OP has this huge following of Nardo worshippers. Anyhow, a few thoughts:

-Final movie might be alternate reality, or a "what if". It may also be like Movie 5 and be genjutsu.

-Tsunade hasn't been slated yet for the movie. She may die.

-Sasuke's "angst" comes off as semi-justified, given that Naruto himself said so. Also, Sasuke makes some very valid points about the current state of the ninja world. Even Hashirama had to admit the previous Hokage dropped the ball. In Ohnoki's words, the Go-kage "lost themselves" and even Gaara dressed down Ay. Sasuke's desire for revolution is pure and comes from a good set of reasons. The current world that the Sage created has indeed failed in some respects. Given that the human race in NV stands at the brink of extinction, so forced by the Sage's own hand.

-Sasuke's threat comes from the fact that he's equal or more equal to Nardo in terms of power. He also received half the Sage's powers. Nardo himself has confirmed Sauce was at many points in the series far stronger than him. Indra was also known to be as strong or stronger than Ashura. He also just one-shotted all 9 TB at once, including Kurama. The Sage also regards Sasuke as a formidable threat.

-The Great Toad dude also confirms, Sasuke is Naruto's final opponent. PNJ makes this painfully clear. NB has had a pretty clear bias against Sauce since the Go-kage attack arc, but the fact is Sasuke has been stronger than Naruto for most of Shippuden. It's just not something most of Base wants to acknowledge. Though again, Naruto himself stated it multiple times.

My opinion is that Sauce's real threat comes from the fact that TNJ isn't going to cut it. Nardo is going to be forced to stare down some real inconsistencies in Konoha's past and possibly either have to kill his friend, or to save him at the cost of something terrible.

My personal 2 yen:

The TB are gonna die.

His personality may seem whiny or insipid, but let's be honest... So did Obito's. Until he killed Neiji. I think Sasuke will be legitimized as a threat when he kills someone close to Nardo. It's sadly going to probably be Tsunade. Again, I can't recall seeing her or the VA slated anywhere in the new movie... Assuming it is cannon.

Often times, the final AMV of a series is independent of the movie. We saw that clearly with many other shonen series.... At least in the Japan market. Many of them didn't make it to 'murrika.

What's terrifying about Sasuke is that he's 100% rational about what he does. It's just that he explains it later through his own twisted perception of reality. Sauce is, as another poster in this thread said, the sort of scary as "the kid that shoots up the school". In that sense he's akin to an Elliot Rodgers type, rather than the columbine duo that was Obito and Madara. Though I feel petty making that analogy...

Nice thread. I completely agree with you.

Even sasuke dont have enough feats which can help him to be categorized in Villian list.

To add on to my last post... OP misses one thing. Sasuke is not meant to be a villain. He's the anti-hero. Kaguya was for better or worse the FV
