Obito is the only Shinobi who awakened his Sharingan at the 2 tomoe stage initially. Zetsu was impressed by him implying that Madara chose him for a specific reason. Obito also has the strongest will of any Uchiha, rivaling Naruto himself. It's not surprising that he was chosen.
Incorrect. It was the Kiri shinobi who sealed the Sanbi into her. So when she got to Konoha, the seal would break and release the bijuu inside the leaf village. And Rin made Kakashi kill her by jumping in front of his jutsu.
As far as we know. Yagura was also the host of the Sanbi at a very similar time, how he did survive extraction seeing as we know that he was alive after Tobi's rise which was before Rin becoming the host of the Sanbi?

Yagura became the sanbi jinchuriki after Rin died. Yagura isn't as old as you think; even Rin and Obito are older than him. Go on naruto wiki and look for yourself.
