The point of the manga

What is the point when the manga? Nartuo can not become chunin even after saving the village? Is the point that heroes are stupid and never become anything more than a hero? Why naruto can not be chunin and after saving the village? Yet it took a little mind to conquer Pain? What would be the purpose Naruto is sent to chunin exam?

The point of the manga - the plot line - is about Naruto trying to achieve his dreams and getting his best friend back.

Naruto isn't named a Chuunin yet, simply because he didn't attend the exam. Saving the village from Pein showed he has obviously gotten much stronger, but seeing as it wasn't part of the exam, they didn't grant the rank. Also, I'm certain ranks were the least thing they worried about when their village was attacked.
If Naruto enters the Chuunin exam and wins, he'll be granted the rank. But it's obvious that he surpassed the Chuunin rank a long time ago. So all in all, it doesn't really matter much which rank he has.

These nominations are all about the ranking of missions they are going to work into.
It's not like after war Naruto would come back to village and get some easy missions.
There is no point on him going to any exam also, he is automatically Kage level.
So this doesn't aplly for Naruto anymore.

Still a BS when it comes people to forgive sasuke , in real life no one would ever let him live yet i think naruto will save sasuke and everyone will forgive sasuke
