I agree Vegeta is one of the better developed characters in the DBZ series. I'm sure Bolt will have a small role to play shortly maybe it seems unlikely now.

So because you only see him for like 1-2 days(yes chapter 700-702 is like only 1-2 days approximately), it means he's been stuck with paper work all his life?

Sasuke has been doing missions supported by manga yes equates to doing cooler stuff than Naruto in comparison. I'm not bashing but saying Naruto is more relevant to plot works is not true. Sasuke is the one out maintaining peace physically. Naruto is being a politician which is boring to read.
