No. It's stealing because you don't have the right to redistribute it. You payed for the physical, the digital copy comes with it for your digital devices. But it says you don't have the right to redistribute this on my digital copies. Because you don't, you may own whatever the physical thing, but you don't own the rights to it.
Same with like people who scalpel fake tickets. Just because they bought the real thing, doesn't mean they are allowed to give copies of it. That's stealing from the people that actually distribute the physical copies, and the marketing arrangements and deal that went into including both in the package.
That's the fail I pointed out earlier. You have no entitlement to the product or right because you paid for it. There's this magical thing called copyright. Which gives those who have it the right.
