it's much more tempting to pirate than it is to steal money plus it's my game i can do whatever the hell i want with it..also this is something digital not physical which means the item would still be there, some people can't afford to buy every album, every game i hope you take that into account.

Thats not a valid justification for stealing though. It's like saying, "Let's just fine Timmy for stealing a ps4, because Sony already made enough from it". Totally disregarding the concept and everything that went into getting that ps4 on the shelf.
