Now for all of you guys that are viewing, the thread is divided in to three portions the first is the facts,deductions and theory you'll need to read the facts and deductions in order to get full sense of my theory.The reason for this post is that in order to get full sense of a subject we have to dig deeper in to its origns so it can be understood well. And yeah Mods dont close the thread, I will edit OM links to NB links later on.
FACTS
Here are the facts that helped me make up this theory
1.
In the above pages we find out that the rikudo had the renningan to begin with and he did not obtained it from the jyubi and sasuke controlled manda meaning that there are other things that can be controlled through sharingan and there is also a page showing the kyubi with a sharingan eye.

DEDUCTIONS
1.The Rikuodo had the renningan before he became the jyubi jinchuriki.
2.When a dojutsu like sharingan or renningan tries to control a monster its appearance is seen on the victims eye so we can assume that the rikuodo was trying to control the jyubi.
3.Sharingan can control more than just the kyubi, Sasuke controlled Manda for instance.
4.There was hatred b/w the sons of the rikuodo.
5.There is definite hatred present b/w the main and side branches of the hyuga clan.
6.Now the eye section the deductions from this are simple every dojutsu has a different appearance than the other but in all of them there is a central ripple in the bayakugan if you join the two lines in the appearance it also gives a ripple like patteren for the base.
7.Sharingan is directly related to the rikuodo but it has some sort of connection also with the bayakugan.
THEORY
The sharingan
The similarities between the Juubi's eye with the Rinnegan and Sharingan is clear, we see the same tomoe shapes of the Sharingan, and the ripples of the Rinnegan.
After knowing that the Sharingan originated from the Rinnegan, it seemed clear to everyone as to which doujutsu was superior.. but after seeing this, is it so sure?What I think is that
The Sharingan is actually independent from the Rinnegan. It originated from the Juubi, and when the Rikkudou Sennin became the Juubi's Jinchuriki, he absorbed its qualities and traits. The power of the "eye" that the Elder Brother possessed is actually a mix of a weaker form of the Rinnegan with the Sharingan, hence why it seemed at first that his power was "lesser" as it was not exactly identical to the Rinnegan, but most of the potential that the Sharingan possessed was not unlocked yet. As the generations passed, the genes for the Rinnegan dwindled, while the Sharingan remained within the family of the Elder Brother. This could be because the Rinnegan was mentioned as a heavenly gift from the heavens, which may have been "lost" in the family of the Elder Brother.. as his way to peace was wrong and evil. Eventually all traces of the Rinnegan was lost, and what remained was the Sharingan that we see today, the "heirloom" of the Uchiha family.
Why would it make sense that the Sharingan is actually a seperate, independent doujutsu from the Rinnegan, with darker and more sinister roots? Well, that is quite simple.
The Elder Brother's (and therefore Uchihas) path to order is wrong and "wrong" causing them to seek darkness and power -- this is possibly due to the negative perhaps demonic influence of the Juubi's power. The Uchiha's power has been described as incredibly powerful, there is no doubt that they are the most powerful clan in the Narutoverse (some may argue that it is the Senju.. but it was never stated that Senju was more powerful, only Hashirama was. Also, the Senju did not all possess the same noticeable trait that all tied them together, which could explain why its so hard to know if there are any original Senju left) but it has also been described as sinister and evil. And it wasn't described as such by anyone, but those words came from the kyubi itself
A comment like that coming from one of the most evil entities in the manga is not something to be overlooked. Why would the Kyuubi say something like that? Is it perhaps aware of the fact that they share a common origin? The Kyuubi is said to manifest itself where evil festers.. what if this evil originates from the Sharingan? This would explain the Sharingan's ability to control the Kyuubi.Some of you may say, sure okay, what about the Rinnegan patterns on the Juubi's eyes then? Simple. In the page where Rikkudou Sennin is shown to be confronting the Juubi.. he is not fighting the Juubi, but he is trying to subjugate/control it. The page linked above in the facts is an example. The Kyuubi is shown with a Sharingan on its eye.. chained and under the control of Madara Uchiha. However, the Kyuubi is not the only creature that was subjugated under the will of the Sharingan.ill give the link again
Sasuke placed Manda under his control through genjutsu.. and what appears on Manda's eye? A Sharingan pattern!
The Rinnegan could not have possibly have originated from the Juubi.. as it gave birth to ninjutsu. If the Rinnegan did indeed come from the Juubi, what did Rikkudou use to seal the Juubi? The reason why we see the ripple patterns is simply because in that exact moment the Juubi was being sealed/controlled by Rikkudou.
This would explain why the Sharingan has so many haxxed abilities and traits and why it is always linked with evil and darkness, because it comes from the original tailed beast.. that wracked havoc around the world until Rikkudou Sennin sealed it, essentially saving the world.

Now on to the bayakugan i also think that it too was a part of the spiral jutsu which eventually formed the sharingan
Madara states that the bloodline "thinned" which can also mean that they were other clans were formed beside the uchiha and senju which had those gifts.Also from the above facts i deduced that the sharingan and bayakugan were related.Now what encourages to believe that is that they also had "hatred" against their brothers.This is similar hate to what is present b/w the older and younger brother of the Rikuodo and its also for the same cause the descendant whose made "leader" of the clan.We also know that all the dojutsu can see chakra but on a different level and all of them have a basic ring that ressembles to that of a renningan ring.If you look closely in to the sharingan there is a ring present which holds the tomoes and the bayakugan if you join the little lines b/w hinata's eyes you will see that it is a ring just like a renningan's ring.I have linked the pages in the facts.What i think that bayakugan a part of the spiral jutsu but just like the jutsu held the powers of the jyubi it also held some power of the rikuodo i believe that the bayakugan unlike the sharingan didn't transformed all in to the jyubi's eye(sharingan).It had a positive power inherited in to it to by the rikuodo.Thats why Sasuke continues his quest for revenge and Neji has stopped his quest for revenge.So now we can see that the hyuga clan also had that hatred but due to the humanity of some, their eyes didn't reached to the extent of the sharingan.This can easily be proved by the page linked
Kakashi states that the uchiha clans origns lie with in the hyugas.My guess is those who went after their quest for revenge and were blinded by hatred their eyes were gradually formed in to the sharingan.
Bottom line
The sharingan and the bayakugan are both the derived from thespiraling dojutsu not from the renningan but there is some part of the spiraling dojutsu which has or is composed of the renningan but two are different, hyugas and the uchihas are related, their dojutsu have the same root (the elder son's dojutsu) and through the process of eveolution there were two dojutsus formed from it the bayakugan and sharingan but the main difference
