Okay here is my theory, if there are already x-men geeks like me then you already understand. For those that don't understand I shall explain. Onslaught a all powering malevolent mass of evil force was created by a epic battle between Prof x and magneto. Prof x hit magneto with a massive psi attack causing magneto's mind to vanish along with Prof x body. The following happened, Prof x's. Mind went into magneto's body and onslaught was created.

Now to naruto, what if the epic battle between madara and the 1sy created a mix between the both. Lets call him omega zetsu is created with two of the six paths, the body and power of the 1st and the mind of madara. Now all the o zetsu needs is the 4 other paths. Yes it seems crazy but so did the onslaught creation when it first came out. Well there it is feel free to ask questions, I'd be happy to try to answer them. As for the hatters, feel free to flame on.

We believe zetsu is created only by the 1st DNA is because tobi says that's how it happened. The other thing is yes zetsu's. DNA would be the 1st as I said o zetsu would be the body of the 1st hence the DNA, and the mind of madara.
as for the first two post, thanks I tend to have an active imagination but when it comes to this its needed haha.

Yes, this is an entire new being with no identity only parts of his body resemble known people which could explain why he took madara's name, but when it became time to be undercover he had to change his name and tobi is created.

then what do u suppose he ment by being "a shell of his former self" he speaks as if he had been severly weakened at some point but since he can constantly gather chakra giving him basicly unlimited chakra, how would he have been weakened to this extent?
