The reality is that there are characters like Kaguya, Madara, Naruto, Sasuke, Momoshiki, etc. who can bust Susanoos way above Tsunade's lvl and just because she broke a low lvl Susanoo while Madara wasn't even taking the Kage seriously doesn't mean she's suddenly in their league. Fanboys/girls sure like trying to sell the story that she is though and it's getting ridiculous.

I think Jiraiya could, definitely, he had more knowledge of fighters and more diverse jutsus. I think the Uchiha's in general are a bad matchup for Orochimaru, I mean even 3T Sasuke soloed him and Itachi neg diff him so many times it is ridiculous. Jiraiya definitely could do better against Madara, but he probably couldn't heal the others like Tsunade did. She was useful as a healer.

I honestly don't even think jman has an offensive force strong enough to damage version 1-3 susanoo imo. I think at best he'd be able to sink it with the swamp ability but then madara would just advance to the next susanoo stage to get out of it lol and maybe just maybe use sound gen to trap him but somehow I feel madara would escape that as well for god knows why.
