Simply stating that people are rustled doesn't mean they actually are.

The reality is that there are characters like Kaguya, Madara, Naruto, Sasuke, Momoshiki, etc. who can bust Susanoos way above Tsunade's lvl and just because she broke a low lvl Susanoo while Madara wasn't even taking the Kage seriously doesn't mean she's suddenly in their league. Fanboys/girls sure like trying to sell the story that she is in their tier though and it's getting ridiculous.

I don't think the other sannin can do what tsunade did because after all,
Tsunade is strongest amoung the other saninn and, that's why she was selected to be a Hokage <3

I think Jiraiya could, definitely, he had more knowledge of fighters and more diverse jutsus. I think the Uchiha's in general are a bad matchup for Orochimaru, I mean even 3T Sasuke soloed him and Itachi neg diff him so many times it is ridiculous. Jiraiya definitely could do better against Madara, but he probably couldn't heal the others like Tsunade did. She was useful as a healer.
