Tobirama and Hashirama said that because they were sustaining the Shisekiyoujin which takes a large amount of their chakra capacity.

He has a larger amount because he's Kurama's Jin not because he's an Edo lmao. I know of Edo Tensei and their chakra limits, but Minato has Kurama as an Edo but not when he's alive.

Minato has already shown how to make Rasengan so all that is needed is to apply that via the BM Avatar to create Bijuu Dama. Only a fool would argue that he can't use Bijuu Dama at this point.

And where will minato teleport? Another place on the battlefield? Constant FTG away from chains isnt gonna get him anywhere, BM limit is ticking. Chains arent slow either and may come as a surprise for minato, obito can use them himself and later add gedo to it. Once caught by chains minato cant really do anything, no user was shown to perform any ninjutsu at that, bee couldnt even transform back to escape. So its unknown if FTG will save him from there.
