6TH HOKAGE-Shikaku, Shikamaru, Kakashi, or naruto----possibly guyxD
6TH KAZEKAGE-Kankuro
6TH MIZUKAGE-Ao or Suigetsu
5TH RAIKAGE-Darui
3RD TSUCHIKAGE-Krotschi

Hokage: would obviously be Naruto

Kazekage: Gaara is still very young. He and Naruto will likely stay as Kages until they get old. Obviously they'll pave the way for an even healthier alliance between Suna and Konoha. Other than that, Kankuro is too old. You typically choose someone from a younger generation. It'll probably be some kid in the future who isn't even born yet

Mizukage: Mei is still young so she'll be in the seat for a good few decades assuming she doesn't die in this war. Same situation as previous. Either that or Chojiro

Raikage: Personally, I think Darui is the Kumo's exact equivalent of Kakashi. He seems powerful but I doubt he'd take the position. He's more likely to be known as the village's genius like Kakashi than become the almighty Raikage

Tsuchikage: I don't think it's unreasonable to think of Kurotsuchi as the next Tsuchikage. Especially considering it's pretty much almost time for Onoki to step down and take it easy. To be honest we don't know if Kurotsuchi is powerful enough to be a Kage. She has Lava Release but just having a Kekkei Genkai doesn't necessarily mean that you're powerful. But considering how little we know of other Iwa ninjas, Kurotsuchi is probably the best guess
