Sure why not. Let's start at mid range.

Kirito draws 4 shuriken, two per hand. He then throws then so that they will curve in opposite left and right arcs directly onto either side of his opponent. He then draws an explosive tagged Kunai and throws it directly at his opponent, aiming for his chest. On contact, the Kunai would explode severely injuring the man.
