Honestly though, it could be whatever since this manga has outs to whatever storyline Kishi wants. Could be a survivor of the massacre, could be an Orochimaru experiment, hell it could be Obito possessing a body (it won't, but yea, could be lol).

I'd be really interested if it were another surviving Uchiha though.
