Madara without a question. Obito waited for Itachi to die before approaching Sasuke which makes me question his strength.

I would say in term of power Madara is the strongest Uchiha, but Obito is very dangerous with that "Kamui....if Madara doesn't have a counter for Kamui than i can see Obito winning....Madara obviously has more power behind his attacks, but Obito also has a dangerous Jutsu that only Kakashi can counter.....hard to really say between them, but i will go with Madara for now.

obito isnt powerful imo, just good at not getting hit, but he gets hit eventually, plus i doubt his sharingan skills are close to itachis sharingan skills. obito has kamui and izanagi but i dont think he could handle the big three amaterasu tsukiyomi and susanoo. itachi and sasuke are very close imo sasuke having ems and all, but itachi still has the intelligence over all imo and with his genjutsu mastery and spirit weapons i can see him big brothering any uchiha
