Which is the most powerful element in Naruto :Fire,Water,Wind,Earth or Lightning?

None they are balanced.
A wind user can beat a fire user if the wind user knows what to do. its all about the Ninja who uses it.

Between fire, earth, wind, water and lighting none are the strongest. Each one is especially strong against another, but especially weak against something else.

If anything Yin and Yang is the strongest element. It gives rise to pretty much all other non-element based jutsu. So genjutsu, medical jutsu, shadow jutsu, multi-size jutsu, etc. All yin and yang based.

Strength in Elements is measure in which Element you pit against another. Fire is stronger against wind, wind is stronger than lightning water is stronger than fire. I all has to do with which element you put against.

Look Kakashi said it depends on what element you pit it against , Yamato too said the same thing each element has strengths and weakens against each other. Wind make fire stronger, Water makes Fire weak, wind makes water stronger. and so on and on
