The most impressive Sensor in the series?

I was about to state this, but this guy covered it. karin is leaps and bounds above him. Naruto's SM is also superior.

In terms of actual feats she hasn't shown anything on this level to my memory.

I'm not too sure on Sage mode's proximity.

I wouldnt even bring naruto into this... not saying hes a bad sensor, in fact he is pretty good. But during the war, even non sensor's could feel narutos chakra, so i wouldnt use him in an argument that stated Minato or tobirama could sense him from far away, its just irrelevant because everyone could sense him. However Tobirama sensing Madara is a good feat.

@Kaant. Naruto lacks range. They are different types of sensors. Naruto can't tell someone's clan by sensing their chakra. So there really isn't a "best sensor". Or the most "impressive".

Any top teir Kage level character can sense Genjutsu, and if your a good sensor you should be able to tell the difference between a shadow clone who has much lower chakra reserves then the original body.

She can't sense the EXACT amount of chakra.

She didn't sense the personality, she sensed that Naruto's chakra was warm and Sasuke's was dark.. which really isn't a sensing feat since Kurama compared Sasuke to Madara in that way also.

Oh come on. She could even tell which one out of the group tailing them was a dog. Genjutsu disturbance, Chakra disturbance to discern lies, chakra mood, ability built-up, chakra drop for an ability etc. There is no contest.

I am not sure whether you read my reply in that other thread or not, but even Sasuke and co could sense Naruto's powerful chakra. If Tobirama could do so, then it's because he has faced Madara and obviously is familiar with Nine-tails chakra. It isn't that impressive to me.

That battle-field chakra sensing along with evil intent seems pretty reasonable to me.

Byakugan which is the greatest eye sight ever couldn't even tell the difference between the real one and shadow clone jutsu. Kage bunshin are actual clones of the user. Karin is the only one who shown she can sense shadow clone jutsu which is a OP feat because she even surpasses the Byakugan when it comes to that.

Actually she can. She shown the feat of sensing large chakra and comparing them to each other through the amount/size. Ay and Hachabi are good example.

Kurama compared Sasuke's sharingan and his chakra to Madara. Karin knew Sasuke was evil through his chakra personality because it was too dark and she knew Narudo was good through his warm chakra.

Any sensor-nin can detect Chakra disturbance, along with several other features you described.

Can you show the scan of the battlefield sensing Naruto's chakra? I'm sure that was either after he gave them it, or when Ino linked all their minds together- ago is a sensor.

It's not a matter of him being familiar with someone's chakra, it's more that he was able to sense such chakra at such a long range.

@Kaaant But I haven't seen anyone do it at Karin's level. Her Chakra detection abilities are pretty elaborate. Take Kisame. When he merges with Samehada, he becomes a senor. But he couldn't sense ability build-up for Octopus Ink, forget the Hacibi legs partial transformation. Yet he's excellent in tracking powerful chakra, as despite the ink, Bee couldn't get away.

I am afraid I don't remember the actual chapter, but it's when Sasuke and Co are approaching the Uchiha Hideout to raise the Hokages and they sense the powerful Chakra. Tobirama doesn't have much distance on them.

First off, that is a legend. Please learn what legend means. Is it fact? No. Not until it is proven by the manga, which means Tobirama telling us how he died. This is completely off topic.

OT: Karin is good, SM Naruto is ok, Kabuto is good, Tobirama solos, why not add the Kyuubi in there.

No it isn't. It just covers a vast range.

One thing that has to be mentioned in Kisane's case is that he's not only not a natural sensor (I don't think his abilities even work like a traditional one's.) but he was also in a giant dome composed of his own chakra.

I'll look into it. I'll still take that Madara sensing feat away from this.
