Oro is the most ruthless and selfish Villian out there which gives him the number 1 spot for the best villian. But Obito/Tobi is the most BADASS villian. Thats what im trying to say.

I can see where your coming from but even then i would put madara before him.

Seeing how he went trough great lengths to have his plan come to fruition.

I never said oro beats obito i simply said kamui to the back is not as simple as you make it out to be

As for an all out match between the two i would say 50 - 50

At full strength oro can utilize his senjustu powers and in the form he can close his eyes and be immune to visual genjustu making most of the sharingan useless against him.

Now i know kamui is still a threat but its not like oro is a sanin for nothing
He has powerful ninjustu as well so i won't make it so cut and dry.

Nah. Madara is most badass in Naruto, Tobi is nowhere near Badass level, he's still punk ass crying baby, who desires to rule the world, because Madara said so.

Tobi/Obito cannot be badass for couple reasons..
1. His purpose is lame.
2. While Tobi was with mask he was trying to copy Madara, so we can asume that everything you think Tobi has done is badass, he did it while trying to copy Madara.
3. Tobi used Madaras name for everyone to think he's strong ( if your name starts a war.. now thats badass ).
4. And again Tobis mask which gave him mystery and stuff.. was given to him by the same Madara.

Madara... this is how real Badass character looks like.
