Naruto can fly, and we saw this all throughout the Naruto VS Toneri fight.

the only way you could achieve Hagoromos ability of flying is by going rikudo mode

Given that Hinata was able to fly after getting Hamura's Chakra, why would you even say having Hagormo's chakra is the only way?

Naruto achived it only by combining his kyuubi mode with Hagoromo's chakra

Given that Kaguya was shown flying, it's not a stretch to say Hagormo got his flying abilities from his mother, much like all his other powers. But what of Hamura? Did he also receive this flying ability from his mother? Well, given that he went to the ****ing moon in a time when there was and still is no such thing as space travel, I'd say, hell yeah he can fly.

Given that Hagormo's chakra grants Naruto flight, given that Hinata gets Hamura's chakra, and Given that Hinata is shown flying in the end, what shred of evidence do you even have to suggest she can't fly with Hamura's chakra when the evidence is rigth there in your face?

Naruto was shown floating/flying in the moon not on earth otherwise he wouldn't relay on Sai's summoning bird to fly around, rocks were floating around Naruto does that also mean they can fly and have rikudo chakra?

Hinata was given Hamura's chakra to destory Toneri's device threatening the earth thats it, Hamura knew normal chakra won't work that's why he gave Hinata his chakra to destory it, even Naruto's chakra didn't work thats why they combined their chakra

Kaguya was able to fly because of the god tree she consumed, Hagoromo being directly related to Kaguya and also being the juubis jin he was also able to fly
