The Hamura Chakra all of you are talking about IS Hinata's Normal Chakra she's always been using.

The Film didn't really fully explain the connections between the Hyuga and Hamura bloodline very well
But Hinata did have a vision, (so you can assume there is some connection)

Even Hanabi has some Hamura chakra inside her it's not exclusive to just Hinata.

Hamura chakra is basically Hyuga clan chakra. Don't get it mixed up
