It's a reason why she was called princess. She is a direct descendant from hamura. All the main branch members are descendants of hamura but hinata is still referred to as princess. Maybe she was destined to change the huyuga clan. Her life has been dedicated trying to prove that she is strong and can accomplish things. Thanks to naruto influence on her.

Neji hated the fact that hinata was a weak huyuga and especially apart of the main branch. Neji was genius and was far stronger than hinata a member of the main branch. Because he was born into the side branch he had to be the main branch servant and abide by there rules.

Since hinata is heir to be the clan leader. I wonder if naruto and hinata changed the clan in remberance of neji.

Maybe this is hinting she is happy that the clan was changed, and neji dream came true.

Since the Uchiha story is done and the main character is sleeping with a Hyuuga, and his children are Hyuuga's too he might go deeper into them. Though, he failed to go into the Uzumaki's, even when foreshadowing Rikduou level sealing abilities from Naruto back at the Kurama training arc. Shame too.

And I don't see a Hyuga seal on either of Hyuga sisters either...Nor I see anyone trying to put that on one of Naruto's kid forehead if he had any with Byakugan nor Hinata trying to do it to anyone. I never said the series will be about the hyugas. I said this whole ordeal in the hyuga clan may be resolved in the mini series since naruto said he would change the clan when he becomes the hokage. And now he's so kishi could go into this.

This is war. They have to put their differences aside and fight together as one. Ninjas from different villages were arguing with each other due to hate they had for each other. But after gaara speech everyone became united and pushed aside their hate. Hyuga sisters? Hinata and hanabi are from the main branch they have been privileged since birth. Naruto is the hokage and why would he allow someone to put a seal on his kids head. They can kill you with that seal if you disobey.

* a Hyuuga family branches off when the main family heir turns 3.
* neji branched off when Hinata turned 3.
* if Hanabi were to branch off (probably not the case since she's a girl), it would be when Hinata's kid (probably requires her/him to have byakugan) turns 3. We haven't seen Hanabi after this happened.
Then there's the part where you said Hiashi trained both Neji and Hinata. It was more a case of Hiashi training Neji occassionally after the Chunin Exam incident (probably why he became Jounin so fast). Hinata wasn't shown to receive the same training from Hiashi. Instead, Neji was the one to train her.
Basically, Hiashi trained Neji and Hanabi. Neji trained Hinata.

She was called princess for the same reason as Tsunade. They're the children of the clan leader. Their clans descended from gods. Kaguya was the original princess
