^The way he viewed himself and what he said as an Edo was absolutely heartbreaking to me, but it actually made me like the character even more due to his humbleness and maturity.

^When Sasuke stabbed that clone of Itachi, he smiled. He was happy to see how much Sasuke improved and how strong Sasuke had become. He even told Sasuke that he had gotten considerably stronger right when that happened.
I like the way that Fugaku freaked out when Itachi picked up the kunai. It shows who's stronger between the two, sadly. I also like the way that he disregarded Itachi entirely after the speech he gave at this moment and settled for never trying to understand his son. Oh wait, no I do not. That's called bad parenting. I will admit that he was a good leader for the clan, though. He wanted the best for it and had good intentions for the betterment of the Uchiha, even if his way was wrong as well and he didn't want to negotiate with Hiruzen.

^That was when Kisame and Itachi stopped for tea and Dango in Konoha (for obvious reasons, Itachi was in no hurry and stalled throughout the trip, considering Naruto was not his true objective. He just wanted to make sure that jounin would most certainly alert Danzo of his existence, so that Danzo would remember Itachi's threat before leaving Konoha and not touch Sasuke.) Might as well get a snack, right? But when Itachi heard Kakashi say that he was waiting for Sasuke, Itachi flinched a little, which is what that picture is showing. The appearance and mention of his beloved little brother struck a nerve deep down, with him. Lol
