Don't blame him for what he said either. Especially given his cirumstances & how stressed out/saddened he was. That was less than one week after Shisui's death, he was still a double spy, he was going on too many missions, he had to choose between love (clan) or logic (save village of 1000s). And he wanted to take suspicion for Shisui's death.

Also, it was the clan's paranoia which seemed silly as well. They were thinking a coup was the only answer and didn't want to talk to Hiruzen...who was the most lenient and beloved hokage. :/ Not much hope there. Kishimoto even wrote in the databook that the Uchiha clan and the village didn't have a chance at coexisting peacefully, due to the tension that was present during the founding of Konoha that was carried on throughout all the years. That Senju and Uchiha rivalry.

Did you watch the full episode? I didn't even bother to watch it to be honest...

Neji's my favorite character (or at least one of them, I don't have just one...more like a group of characters that I like equally), so seeing him die like that and everyone showing little emotion...I didn't want to see the rest and didn't even finish watching the latest episode.

Yeah, I did. Wasn't worth watching. Neji's death was complete trash. But you already know what happened, because you're caught up in the manga right?

Yes, I read the latest chapter every week. That's why I didn't want to watch the episode, I know what happened. XD

I usually just watch the anime for very dramatic moments (so I'll be watching the episode for Sasuke's entrance and when he says he wants to be hokage, lol & next episode when Lee kicks Maddy in Neji's honor) or when my favs are directly involved. Also to see fights, because it's difficult to see how they are playing out in the manga, at times.

But I prefer the manga. U_U The series is ending this year, so it'll be interesting to see how Kishimoto will wrap this series up, that he's spent 16 years on.

Seeing them in Road to Ninja was great. I was really starting to miss this crew. I feel that Shippuden lost a special touch when they all died. :'(

But, there's going to be the newest version of the Ultimate Ninja Storm game series coming out later this year. In it, each Akatsuki member is going to receive their own 1-hour storyline about their backgrounds. These storylines (well, all storylines, fights in storymode, etc) are approved by Kishimoto once he evaluates them for the Ultimate Ninja Storm franchise. So, there's that. ^^

I don't buy the games. I just watch the storylines on Youtube. XD But it'll be fun seeing Tobi, Itachi, Nagato, Zetsu, Deidara, Konan, Sasori, Hidan, Kakuzu, Orochimaru (included due to being a former member) and Kisame again.

They can be referenced due to the fact that even though they aren't relating to the current manga, it provides background. And is approved by Kishimoto, he'll be checking the scripts, character designs, etc and coming up with that for the storylines. So, yes. It is canon background material for the Akatsuki. :bouncy:

Great for you. =D I've never been a gamer, nor will I ever be. I only care about manga fights, not me playing one in a game. U_U

I just care for the storylines, considering that they'll add depth to the series and be canon.
