Obito uchiha-lol i dont think he was can bluff itachi that he is madara no way.

Kagami uchiha-but he seems too old for this because tobi is young.

Shisui uchiha-he gave his eye to itachi.but no proof that he is dead.itachi never killed him.

See i am not kishi but looks shisui can alive by this time.but right now its a maze.
