The main cause of Complete Corruption

I know good and well it's a deep topic of discussion so therefore we'll probably be debating about this at a decent hour in the day when our brains are turned on. Anywho...

Webster's New World Dictionary says: Corruption: Evil or wicked behavior; depravity.

Wikipedia says: corruption is spiritual or moral impurity or deviation from an ideal.

It has to be a fine combination of all of the options listed above, depending on the what drives an individual. I believe that everyone has a price and it's a conscious decision you make that will keep you away from general corruption

I believe that it is extreme poverty. Like at birth as far as wealth goes, some people are dealt a Royal Flush, 4 of a Kind, Full House, a Two Pair. 3rd world country denizens are dealt a hand they cannot work with. They have next to nothing. They have very little sustenance. However, if they turn out to have a brilliant mind that runs like clockwork, and someone presents them with a little education, they could become consumed by corruption one day. Heck, if a child has philosophy/religion concept (from missionaries that help there family once every blue moon) in them they may start to wonder "Is there really a just God? If He does exist, then why...why have I been banished to a Hell on Earth right from the start? Why does he confine me here?"

^ They'll do possibly anything to get out of this terrible tribulation. I mean they are desperate. Heh, I know I would, and I probably wouldn't care if I ended up becoming a tyrant in the process.

I don't think it's politics. If you are a politician, odds are, you are already corrupt, or else you wouldn't be in politics (this is not always true, but a lot).

Other than that, it is probably a bit of all of this things combined that drives a person to be really corrupt.​

Religion doesn't corrupt anyone. Don't use it as an excuse because you aren't religious. The religious figures ALL have POWER. And the power was provided by their own Government, or other countries. Corruption begins with power. Once you aquire power you lose control over yourself. If religion corrupts, why are there so many people that are following their teachings and are NOT blowing things up, molesting kids, stealing, killing? Just because you hear on the news some muslim suicide bombed a restaurant out of religious desire doesn't make it true. The explosions are because of hatred towards the US, I would blow myself up and kill 50 people if the US invaded my country and only wanted oil, killed/raped innoccent men and women,killed animals, teased kids and just plain arrogance because they have power with weapons and tanks and explosives. If the US never existed, we wouldn't have this shit we have today. I'm religious to some degree, don't follow my teachings but I have my own guides and regulations I follow, am I a corrupted person and do things that i believe will help me in the future, am i a nice guy? How can you tell if someone is corrupted or not?

Hmmm... I gotta go with Human sins, dawg. Greed alone isn't the problem of corruption. I mean if i get all of the girls digits in my phone then most of the dudes'll be angry at me. Then they'll want to fight me. I'm no fighter but i know i have a lot of pride in talking smack to my handlers. Honestly if i ever fought it'll probably be defending some girl who looks impossibly beautiful and have huge pinky toes. Don't get me wrong i like girls who don't have huge pinky toes but i just enjoy them more. Even more i like to enjoy Country Arkansas style cheesecake. Because its so darn chunky... but yeah... its corrupt, man.
