I then release the suiton chakra into the air while performing the hand seals (Ram → Snake → Tiger), i then condense my suiton chakra, creating a flammable black mist and it forms into a small cloud. I then move the cloud above the clone, and it covers the clone in flammable oil.

After performing the required hand seals (Boar → Dog → Ram) you create a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as you continue to send chakra in.

Good, only two more C rank suiton jutsu. Use your suiton chakra to create a moving body of water beneath you that travels towards the opponent carrying you along with it. You then will slash the opponent with your sword multiple times. This gives you a quick boost of speed letting you get closer before attacking. Try it.

At first i'm like wtf but then the body of water carries me with great speed, that i almost fell, then i stab the clone in the heart and then i slash him multiple times.
