As the pillars make contact, Itachi hits the ground with great force, almost knocked out. Walking forward, Madara draws a sword, preparing to stab the imposter.

Walking away, Madara leaves Itachi on the field, slowly fading to unconsciousness.

You have the base form of it, granting the minimal abilities from it. In order to progress further, you have to post a thread in the Hospital section in order to be healed (follow the rules there ofc). After being healed, seek out a Sharingan Sensei to learn 2T from and more specifically, the abilities that come with 2T Sharingan. ^^
