Sanin would win with no problem. You have to remember the Itachi already ran from Jaraiya with Kisame. Also take into account that that Tsunade has the Yin Seal: Release and Creation Rebirth technique, Oro has Edo Tensei, and Jaraiya is a seal Fuuinjutsu master.

Three of them couldn't beat hanzo, tsunade was nearly defeated by kabuto and oro was defeated by itachi and u say they are invinsible? They don't even have an answer to sharingan genjutsu (except jiraiya), kirin, double tskuyomi and double totsuka blade. If hanzo could take them on then itachi and sasuke can do better.

I have a theory on this. Hanzo's body was occupied by So6P oldest son's spirit. He has been going from one body to the next spreading like a virus and is able to control the host. Currently posing as Madara/Tobi. According to what I've seen in the threads speculation on Madara's identity is a banned topic, but shoot me PM and I'll be happy to explain the theory.

Itachi defeated oro with a 3 tamoe sharingan and sasuke can easily take out tsunade with amaterasu while jiraiya needs to buy time in sage mode and summons can't buy him time bcuz sasuke or itachi can easily take out the summons out with amaterasu, totsuka blade, susanoo arrows or even control them and use them against jiraiya so all the legendary sannins summons are useless against itachi.

itachi did not defeat oro he prevented him from entering/taking his body, while that is meritable it's not like they engaged in a battle. he did teach sasuke everything he knows which was enough to make him kage lvl, that's gotta stand for something. this itachi lover's guild is extremely irritable.

-First of all,oro has 5 in genjutsu, so i don't know where you guys get he's weak in genjutsu.Did you guys forget the chuunin exams? When he made the whole village shit themselves?He paralyzed sasuke who HAD the sharingan.Tsukuyomi will be a problem but this time he won't just assume he can take over itachi,and he will not look into his eyes.
-Taijutsu is useless against him so he can get as close as he want to the opponent and tank all their hits.He took tsunade killer punch straight on and all that happened was his face cracked
-Oro can simply not die,hence the reason for his sealing.He toyed with 4 tailed with no arms and recovered litterally getting cut in half.He shreds skin like a snake,so he could tank amaterasu,kirin and all the other powerful ninjutsu.
-Oro defeated two official kages,not many can say that.Oro was considered a genious just like itachi

-Finally, we have never seen a healthy oro in action(besides the third who he wanted to toy with) and he is known for having almost every ninjutsu in the book.He had 35 years to collect high level justus,and we have yet to see a couple of them.Those we have seen have been deadly like the ultimate snake hydra,and edo tensei.All he needs is to summon pain and perhaps a couple of kages and the battle will be long over.
-With that many jutsus don't you think oro has a counter to the sharingan?All he has to do is to attack their senses,and they are open to attacks.
-Kusanagi sword which pierce anything which isn't the kyuubi.

JIraiya:
-Muliple rasengans, which are all deadly,i can't see either person tanking his huge odama rasengan he used against pain.(actuall defeated itachi via naruto)
-His needles, which will keep the uchihas' on their toes,and will keep them occupied while a team mate attacks from another angle,or it will prevent sasuke from spamming ms techs.
-His guts.The guy never gives up and if you take a break he will be on you.His stamina is incredible,and even if you cut of his arms and legs he will put up a fight.
-Would have defeated pain if it weren't for not fully knowing about pains secrets.And pain is the strongest character in the story(we have seen in action).
-He can seal amaterasu
-finally, jiraiya ace is his sage mode.he gets faster and stronger and unlike naruto he can stay in it forever.I actually prefer his to naruto becasue of ma and pa.
-Sound genjutsu is the strongest kind in the story and jiraiya's(ma and pa) is s-rank so please tell me how they will escape the sound based genjutsu?the sharingan can not copy sage mode or moves which requires gathering of natural energy,so they will be exposed to a move like frog kata.
-Tons of strong frog summons(millions of elemental combos)

Tsunade:
-The best backup you would want.The best medical shinobi in the world(genious in that field)
-She can cut of your entire nerves system if she gets close to you
-Pretty much much prevented/won a war by herself
-One clean hit and you are dead
-She has enough chakra and energy to save an entire village from pain's destruction
-katsuya(can pretty much tank everything since it can divide itself in million pieces plus acid )
-Amazing chakra control,which means that she is likely to be immune to genjutsu,since she can disupt her chakra very easily and restart the flow even stronger.
