the main question is does sasuke have EMS and is everyone at their full potential with no sicknesse's. If the answer is yes to both of those questions, then the Uchiha brothers would take the win if it ended quickly. A long drawn out battle goes to the sanin

Itachi defeated oro with a 3 tamoe sharingan and sasuke can easily take out tsunade with amaterasu while jiraiya needs to buy time in sage mode and summons can't buy him time bcuz sasuke or itachi can easily take out the summons out with amaterasu, totsuka blade, susanoo arrows or even control them and use them against jiraiya so all the legendary sannins summons are useless against itachi.

I agree with Itachi namikaze....I am a fan of 4 out of 5 characters...sorry tsunade lol..but Itachi was a good guy only reason he didn't ever truly take naruto or fight jman was to keep kisame at bay he said those things to not kill jman or any good guy...kisame always listened to him..oro got owned by both brothers..jman is strongest out of the sannin...and sasuke amaterasu burned 8tail so I'm sure two amaterasu users can burn there summoned pets easily while in susanoo...never once saw a tech the 3 sannin had that could break susanoo..sasukes was never complete durin a fight or hanzo really...so I believe uchiha win...with tired eyes and body...and this is ms sasuke...cause once we see ems..game over with ease

When madara got izuna ms, he eyes took the shape of both his and izuna ms moreover sasuke already said he could feel itachi's powers flowing through him which means he now has the three legendary wepons and itachi tskuyomi so get this peice of information into your skull, sasuke now possess itachi's powers. Tsunade isn't really that powerful when it comes to fighting, she is a sannin bcuz of her healing abilities infact she was the best medical ninja and she could cure all types of illness(jiraiya needed her to cure sasuke and kakash even lee which no medical ninja could cure) not bcuz she's as powerful as jiraiya or oro. And wht did u say? Tsunade can protect herself from amaterasu by smashing the ground? Even A the fastest ninja(since minato is dead) was few inches away from amaterasu when he escaped it, yes oro can shed his skin to evade amaterasu but he can't dispel tskuyomi infact he lost to itachi's regular genjutsu and the sasuke who defeated a weakened oro is far more weaker than the current sasuke and wow! Surpassing in sage mode means all around surpassing....Minus Genjutsu, Naruto is now probably the most powerful shinobi in the series due to all his abilities being way over powered at this point

sage mode is one part of Jiraiya, and surpassed meaning naruto can fully use SM with out the defects that Jiraiya has, but i would say Jiraiya is more proficient in sage mode jutsu.

Ok I smell a lot of fanboyism here... So I'm going to be neutral, because I don't like the Sannins neither the Uchiha brothers.
First of all, let's not underestimate Tsunade, after all she was a Legendary Sannin too, and if she was beaten by Kabuto it was cause of her haemophobia.
Also, where is going Sasuke, a little 16 year old boy who has an equal amount of ego as fans. Ok, he did beat Oro but in a weaken state, he should have fought him his prime time.
Itachi... yes he is pretty strong, I admit, even at the same level as the strongest characters in the series.
For the ones who said something like... 2x totsuga swords, there is only 1, Sasuke hasn't got it.
Also, Sasuke's genjutsu isn't at the same level as Itachi's, his Tsukuyomi is a far cry from Itachi's.
Amaterasu is not a deal for Oro, remember the shedding jutsu, also Tsunade has high skill evasion and can protect her with stones by smashing the ground.
Jiraiya is the only one who could have problems with it.
Being the legendary Sannin and having a lot of experience, they have to know how to deal with genjutsu.
They also have all their summonings, that can help out for most things.

no its simple why that is, because naruto properly balanced his own chakra with natural energy effortlessly, jman used Shima and Fukasaku, and naruto used his clones, if naruto was able to use Shima and Fukasaku he then would be stronger then jman and sasuke.
