Ari pushes the wave away from her then pulls it back. She accidentally freezes the wave in place as it comes back. "Darn it!" She was going to melt it and start over but then she had an idea. Ari leaped onto the frozen wave, trying not to slip and starts to move throughout the ocean while standing on the wave.

Mugen: *lands his eagle lion down a few feet away from a Water Bender Girl (Ari) and walks over to her* Hello there!!! My name is Mugen!! I am here to learn the ways of the water tribe...

Artemis: appears a few feet behind him, almost undetectable. She makes a huge ice cage around him, and then raises it into the air. She keeps it inside her range, and hurls it.

Mugen: *crawls out the Ice prison holding his head* WTF was that about?!?

Artemis: summons an ice pistol "Tell me what you're doing here or I shoot." her eyes seem to be glazed over, her movements are jittery, and she sounds different from her usual self.

Ari leaps off the frozen wave landing beside Mugen. She looks at Artemis confused by her actions. "Artemis, what's wrong?"

Artemis: freezes Ari's legs in place "You have no business asking my mistress anything. Stay silent, fool."

Ari quickly unfreezes her legs and sends an orb of water at Artemis that pushes her against the wall and freezes her in place. "What has come over you?!?!"

 

[Artemis81]

Artemis: laughs loudly, and sounds rather cold, evil, calculating...she absorbs the ice into her body and slips INTO the ice below her. She appears behind Ari, with a blade to her neck.

"How did you do that?" Ari says. (Isn't there a height difference between them?) Ari lightly touches the blade freezing it solid before snapping it.

(There's a height difference, but only her torso is in her image. Her bottom half is ice rising from the ground.)

Artemis: "You don't stand a chance against a being like me." she takes out a pocket knife (not ice, just a regular) and jabs it into Ari's back right near her spine.

Ari winces in pain, refusing to scream, pulls out the knife and shoves it into her shoulder. "You weren't acting like this earlier!" She melts the ice Artemis stands on causing her to lose balance.
