Honestly just sounds like an excuse. The blood through every Uchiha's veins comes from Hagoromo/Indra, same with Ashura and the Senju's (who-ever). Seeing how they are all diluted from the same source. Though it should not require a deep analysis that no one is born with Indra or Ashura's chakra (aside from transmigrates).

You are forgetting that both Naruto/Sasuke were already top contenders and elites when receiving their power-ups. Imagine Naruto receiving Hagoromo's senjutsu, with no actual tailed beast. He would just be an amplified Sage Mode Naruto with no real powers. Imagine Sasuke receiving Hagoromo's Yin, with no Sharingan to his name because he lost his eyesight. They would suck..

Same applies to Hinata. She was never really strong to begin with, Hamura's chakra flows within her, but if she does not have the skill and depth to use it. It is pretty much useless. Both Naruto and Sasuke were masters on their respected powers (Senjutsu - Body Dojutsu - Eye). So I see no valid reason for Hinata to become super OP with just chakra alone. Maybe if she received that glowing Byakugan, just maybe.

Hamura's chakra increased her power no doubt, but that alone was not good enough for someone with her skill level who was just not naturally talented. Unless you wanted to see her combat Toneri with Hamura's chakra alone, with a purple twin lion fist. SHE really had no techniques to her name besides that one.

Underrated is used when referring to a figure that has the qualities and/or feats necessary to meet a certain criteria, but is overlooked because of low popularity or other reasons. The Hyuugas don't have those, they're simply nothing too special, at least compared to the two main clans of the manga, not to mention a lot of individual characters that outshine any Hyuuga, which probably shouldn't be the case.

The Hyuugas are actually more close to being overrated, mostly by people like you.

Untrue.

Many people have Hashirama cells but lack the Face.

What was being pumped inside of him may have not been enough to form a face or "pure hashirama DNA" but it was enough to trigger Rinnegan when Hagoromo gave his chakra to them.
