and in Kurama's case...his chakra is either red or yellow depending on if his willpower/hatred is added to it.
The problem is that the Last is inconsistent and too vague...They should've had Hamura come out and say he was giving his chakra to Hinata if that is what they intended...Too much is left up for interpretation.
The only assumption people are making here is that the whole Hyuga clan has Hamura's chakra, which doesn't even make any sense. Not to mention it was never even once said.
People are using the part where Hinata mentioned Hamura's blood as the factor that decides whether one can destroy the tenseigan or not, and try and use this to correlate that Hamura's blood = Hamura's chakra, when not only does that not make an iota of sense, it also has a more reasonable explanation.
To say those who have Hamura's blood also have chakra that has the needed properties to destroy the Tenseigan.
Not that those who have Hamura's blood have his chakra as well, and hence they can destroy the Tenseigan.

Having Hamura's blood = having the needed chakra properties to destroy the Tenseigan due to being his descendant
Having Hamura's chakra = Having his personal chakra at your disposal

In any case, off handing that as a colouring failure is stupid, because that would be implying they did it by accident, which is not the case. The whole movie follows the colouration style of the anime, not the manga, with character colours matching their anime counterparts rather than their manga counter parts.
