Wow this technique looks OP, let's go for it, shall we?
Rangiku first decides to give it a try, she hold the hand in front of her, just like she holds sword. Then she focuses her lightning chakra in the hand, as a result her hand starts glowing in pale yellow and soon releases bolts of lightning in the shape horn. She then spreads the horn outwards and directs multiple bolts of lightning in front of her, as a result the clone of Dean who was standing in front of her, gets shocked and disappeared.

Advantages
1. Biggest advantage is I can use it to attack multiple opponents once and hence pretty useful technique in battles.
2. I am using only single hand to knead chakra at and hence pretty much focused technique, with not much of an effort required to focus chakra.
Disadvantages
1. I have to jump in the air or have to be surrounded by multiple opponent so that I can attack multiple opponents at once.
2. Since my hand tuns pale yellow before usage of the technique, it makes it easy to dodge.
How to use it in the battle
1. Best way is using it against shadow clone technique, where I can attack multiple opponents at once. This technique can be made untraceable by using powerful stealth technique.
2. Combining it with suiton as a carrier is an effective way to increase it's range.
With training going really smoothly, Rangiku feels boost in her jutsu arsenal.

"Okay, here's a sword, take it. Now, I want you to channel your Lightning based chakra into the sword, greatly increasing it's cutting abilities. Then, make it levitate before you, and multiply it into two other physical copies of the original sword, and then manipulate them to spin before you. Then, whilst manipulating them, make them fly towards your opponent whilst spinning, and control them with hand gestures. Whilst controlling the sowrds, you can't mold your chakra or do any other techniques. Try it on my clone."

Looks like a nice jutsu, let's give it a try.
Rangiku quickly takes the sword given by Dean. I already had one, thanks anyways
She then quickly channels her lightning based chakra through the sword and then makes it levitate in front of her while using her lightning based chakra. She then quickly forms two physical copies of the sword with the help of the lightning chakra and makes them levitate in similar manner in front of her. She then quickly directs them towards her opponent while spinning and giving them effective directions using hand gestures, when her opponent gets attacked by them swords he puffs, as he was clone to begin with.

Advantages:
1. It isn't 'one shot, forget everything' technique, I can actually control movement of my sword using hand gestures making it quiet an accurate technique.
2. Since I am using three swords it is difficult to evade this technique using simple speed as an advantage, one needs to utilize the defense.
Disadvantage:
1. Sword is needed, also one need to direct the sword using gestures and hence my hand is engaged in the meantime making it difficult to use this time to perform seals or using other techniques.
2. One needs to maintain it's complete focus and hence it is difficult to focus and kneed the chakra into some other body part while performing the jutsu.
How to use in the battle
1. Just like I said above since it requires me complete focus and control, I can use summon which performs other jutsu for me meanwhile and hence can be an effective fighting companion.
2. Another way to solve this problem is using Shadow clone beforehand, it can also be used as a diversion afterwards.

When that happens, slam your hand into the ground before you, like you are summoning something, which would release the Lightning in an omni-directional blast, all around you up tp 5 meters. Try it against a gang of Dean's!! Of course they are clones "

There you go last technique of C-Rank let's give it everything that I have got.
Rangiku quickly observes multiple clones of Dean towards her, 'That's Rangiku for you, multiple men running behind her'.U_U She quickly manipulates her lightning based chakra in her dominant right her hand which is hold a bit outward. As a result, electric bolts start generate around her forearm. Once she is done with confirming that bolts are generating around her forearm, she slams it into the ground and releases the lightning bolt to give arise to omnidirectional blast covering a radius up to five meters, blowing the clones away. I don't like to blow away men like this, there are many other easier ways, but oh well.>_O
Advantages:
1. Biggest advantage is it can be used against multiple opponents and not only against multiple opponents but can also be used to blast away kunais and other small weapons in the given sphere of radius.
2. Another advantage is it takes very less time to execute this technique, that is no need of complex handseals or prep time.
Disadvantages
1. Range of 5m can be a little bit of drawback which makes it essentially a short range technique and not useful against long range attacks.
2. Also it keeps my hand busy at the give instant and hence if my opponent leaves clone outside the 5m radius, he can use it as an opening to attack me, which I have to counter using other hand or other means.
How to use it in the battle
1. It is perfect counter against shadow clone and water clone techniques and can be effectively use to puff the clone if they try to attack me from short range.
2. To avoid the danger of giving away an opening to my opponent, I can use it in conjunction with lightning armor to cover my body and to make sure that I will be able to defend well against a possible danger outside the 5m radius.

"Okay, for the next one. I want you to manipulate your Lightning based chakra, and mold it. After that, form it into a half dome shape before you, that can be pushed forward, only up to short range of you (5 meters). This "dome" of Lightning is capable of shocking an opponent and also, push an opponent back with physical momentum. Use it against my clone that is rushing towards you!"

Two techniques huh, okay let's get pumped up
Without a wasting a moment Rangiku performs the Ox hand seal as directed by her sensei and then quickly starts manipulating her lightning based chakra holding her hand outwards. She then quickly creates a wall of lightning in front of her and using the lightning chakra creates the lightning wall in front of her so as to save herself from the clone of Dean running towards her. As a result the clone gets electrocuted and disappears.
Advantages:
1. Good defensive technique and high ranked substitute for lightning armor.
2. It can be also used as a supplementary technique to make sure that my enemy attacks only from a pre-decided direction.
Disadvantages:
1. It is essentially defensive technique and I can't disperse the wall to capture or attack my opponent, also it keeps my hand busy.
2. It's scope is limited, that is it won't surround me from all direction and I can only defend myself against attacks from front side.
How to use it in the battle:
1. Lightning element is generally used for aggressive purpose although this technique along with lightning armor can provide me solid defense if my opponent switches to doton attacks directed at me.
2. I can use it as a quick defense against incoming head on attacks as it is B-Rank defense with good solidity and easy to perform except that Ox seal, which maybe a problem in critical time frame battles.
Whew that was good, now let's move onto next technique shall we?

Rangiku quickly reads description of next technique and switches to the demonstration.
Within a blink of an eyelid she starts manipulating her chakra and then molds it in the form of short dome of lightning and directs it towards the clone of Dean running towards her. This dome of lightning upon striking shocks the clone and clone disappears without leaving a trace behind.
That was awesome move, now here I go with boring part, paperwork. Rangiku stretches her neck before going for her least favorite part of training.
Advantages:
1. Nature of this technique is the biggest advantage, damage isn't caused due to the lightning part but also due to the momentum and hence even if my opponent somehow blocks it, he still will move a bit backward due to momentum of the dome.
2. It can be effective used against surprise taijutsu attacks as it doesn't require prep time or complex hand seals.
Disadvantages:
1. Range is a big disadvantage making it only useful against short range moves and taijutsu attacks.
2. Dome can be only pushed in the forward direction and not it other direction making it useless against other taijutsu moves such as shadow leaf technique.
How to use it in the battle
1. Most effective way is combining it with other defensive techs to block or avoid taijutsu attacks which aren't direct. I can also use it as quick 'response attack' against surprise moves.
2. Timing required to mold the attack may prove fatal if opponent was originally at the short range and didn't took time to move to short range. At that time it is better to block him first and then push him away or shock his using this jutsu. In this case I am using it to set my opponent outside the short range so that in next move I can use mid range attack to finish him off.

"Then, raise your hand into the air, and send an electrical discharge into the sky by manipulating your Lightning based chakra. Directly after doing this, you are able to create Lightning strikes anywhere, up to mid range from you. These strikes are triggered right after you sent your electrical discharge into the sky. Use it to strike my clone, he's being mean again >.>"

Fine more jutsus to learn, still a long way to go.
Rangiku reads the description of first technique and sees that a clone with boxing gloves is running towards her. Damn these clones are sooo mean and I hate mean guys.
With determined mind, Rangiku concentrates her lightning based chakra in her dominant hand and forms a sphere of lightning around it. Then she quickly uses this sphere to punch the clone of Dean running towards her straight in the heart. Causing physical damage and electrocuting the clone in the process. I took out your boxer clone, yay. Rangiku jumps in the joy.
Advantages:
1. Chakra is in the focused form and hence this attack is an excellent replacement for taijutsu moves and is pretty much useful against brute force taijutsu experts.
2. Since I am using sphere to attack my opponent it won't harm the body part at which I strike but will also harm the area around it and hence I can use it to make my opponent's most widely used organ useless.
Disadvantages:
1. It is essentially a short range technique and hence not at all useful to cause mid range explosions.
2. When I am attacking opponent using my dominant feast, I can't use other lightning attack using my other feast as my chakra is focused around my dominant hand.
Creative usage:
Best way is to use it in conjunction with short range taijutsu attacks or with weapon jutsus. I can use weapons and taijutsu moves to find an opening and then use this attack to deliver finishing blow.
Rangiku then reads decription of next technique and while doing so observes another clone of Dean calling her name. Geez...Zzz These meany clones, seems like I have to go for next one. First let's perform before going for that analysis of jutsu part.
Upon seeing the clone running towards him Rangiku raises her hand in the air and then sends an electrical discharge into the sky by manipulating her lightning chakra attacking the clone which was throwing pebbles at her from mid range.
That's what you get calling me names.U_U
Now here we go, 'Pretty girl Rangiku's useful notes'. :ira:

Advantages
1. This attack can be used till mid range which is a huge advantage over other short range attacks, making it pretty much useful counter against mid range bakijutsu and elemental moves, on top of that it is really fast technique.
2. Another advantage is that this technique is difficult to escape using speed and hence pretty much accurate technique.
Disadvantages
1. Despite of being an accurate technique it is weak in front of S-Rank/A-Rank lightning variations and hence I can use this variations to replace this technique effectively. Range can't be extended to long range.
2. Unlike Kirin I can't prepare clouds beforehand, it is both advantageous and disadvantageous. Disadvantageous because this technique doesn't carry enough of damage points, that Kirin has.
Creative usage:
1. Using it as a surprise element to catch my opponent off-guard is the best way to use this technique. I can surprise my opponent further by blocking his eyesight by using wind techniques beforehand to block his eyesight.
2. Also I can use increase it as a combination tech with water dome, where I will catch my opponent and then attack him. It is also an effective counter against body hardening armor techs of Doton release, as Doton is weak against Raiton.

"First, form the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare handseals, and release your Lightning chakra into the ground, using it to shape four large pillars around the opponent. These pillars would then unleash a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to the opponent, paralyzing, shocking and damaging the him from all around. Try it on the clone."

"Then, I'd like you to concentrate your Lightning based chakra and form the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat handseals. After which, you can release Lightning from your hands either in an unfocused manner or through materials that can conduct it to improve the electrical power technique, mostly, water based jutsu. Now, you can't use it simultaneously with a Water jutsu, but directly after, or with the help of a clone. If you don't have Water yet, I shall do it for you. Try it out on my clone!"

Two more techniques coming, there we go.
Rangiku first forms the sequence of handseals(Ram->Boar->Dog->Bird->Hare) and gathers lightning chakra quickly and sends into the ground beneath her. As a result she is able to erect four large pillars around the opponent covering him from four different directiobs.
She then uses those pillars to send a barrage of lightning bolts towards her opponent and shocks him from all possible directions as a result the clone gets paralyzed and shocked and the clone disappears.
Advantages:
1. Since I am shocking my opponent from all four directions it is impossible to slip through this bolt of lightning.
2. Can be used from short-long range battles.
Disadvantages:
1. It requires handseals and hence can't be used as an opening move.
2. It is possible to detect that this technique is the one your enemy going to perform by using dojutsus.
Creative Usage:
1. It can be used alongside water dome/water prison and since water conducts electricity. It will also amplify the effect of the technique.
2. Can be used as paralyzing technique and accompanying it with genjutsu may amplify the numbing effect due to genjutsu.
Now let's speed up our training.
Rangiku moves to her sensei to take the description of her next technique and then decides to give it a try as she sees clone of her sensei running towards her.
Okay, let's make it a combo technique Rangiku first gathers her suiton chakra and spits out the strong compressed water wave and directed at her opponent in the form of water gun.
While spiting the water gun she quickly performs the required handseals for the next technique(Rabbit->Dog->Boar->Ram->Rat) and sends in a lightning from her hands in focused manner after releasing the suiton gun before hand. This focused lightning bolt travels towards her opponent with water as the conducting medium amplifying it's effect and resultant damage caused by it.
As a result the clone of Dean, which was running towards Rangiku receives a shock and disappears.

There you go sensei, going for the analysis part now.
Advantages:
1. It is a flexible technique and can be used both ways either in focused manner(high damage points with good combo, but lesser area of convergence) or unfocused manner(less combos possible but area under effect will be more).
2. Provides a nice combo.
Disadvantages
1. Again five handseals are required. Although I can work around the time frame constraint by using that time to perform the suiton technique.
2. Although it is really difficult to control, if it is in unfocused form.
Creative usage
1. As depicted earlier it is really useful in conjunction with Suiton techniques and can be used to damage multiple opponents as well as single opponent at a time.
2. Apart from suiton technique, it can also be used alongside weapon. Since most of the weapons are made up of metal, they can also act as the conductive mediums, making it a really useful technique.

After that, slam your hands onto the ground and release the Lightning into the ground, and make it travel along the surface of the earth. The current will move towards the opponent, and then split into multiple tendrils to attack the opponent from different sides. Use it against my clone."

"Then, I want you to raise your hand into the air, and generating a powerful bolt of electricity which travels through your body and then be released towards the opponent, in the form of a lightning bolt. So basically, your body acts as a medium for the Lightning to travel through. Try it against my clone."

Okay I will remember that^^ Rangiku remembers the words by her sensei and quickly moves onto next set of techniques, after reading description of first technique.
She first beings her hands together and then manipulates the lightning based chakra to form crackle of lightning around her hand. After gathering enough amount of chakra she then slams the hands on the ground and releases the lightning through the ground. So that the lightning travels through the ground towards her opponent, she then splits it into multiple tendrils(typically, four in this cases) and attacks her opponent from four different direction, to shock the clone of Dean and make him disappear.
Advantages:
1. I can attack my opponent from all possible direction and hence it isn't easy technique to escape.
2. There is no range limitation and hence is very useful at short as well as long range.
Disadvantages:
1. My enemy can see through this technique if he sees me slamming hand on the ground and then can use other techs related to ground to avoid direct impact or to block the technique.
2. It can not be used in focused manner that is, I have to split the lightning into multiple tendrils before attacking my opponent.
Creative Usage
1. Considering the weakness of Earth against Ligthning this technique is effective counter against Doton defense and also can be used to penetrate through them.
2. Their effect can be increased by creating pond or water technique around my opponent and then electrocuting my opponent.
After completing the first technique, Rangiku listens to the description and then moves onto the technique.
'This looks really easy one to perform', she murmurs as she sees Dean's clone running towards her. As described by her sensei, she raises her hand in the air and then generate powerful bolt of electricity. She then uses her body as a conducting medium and then sends the lightning through her body before directing it towards her opponent, shocking her opponent. 'I told you that was easy, she then moves onto the analysis part'
Advantages:
1. Really quick technique and doesn't require much of prep time and hence can be used as a surprise attack when opponent is in the short or mid range.
2. Also it is really difficult to avoid as it is pretty quick technique, leaving very less time for opponent to react.
Disadvantages:
1. Obviously useless at the long range.
2. Care need to be taken that I am not using it along with Suiton jutsu and get wet, as I may get electrocute as well.
Counter
1. Can be effectively countered by using gust of wind to blow away the bolt.
2. Also I can use suiton technique purposefully to electrocute my opponent when he is gathering the lightning energy by raising his hand in the air.

"Then, manipulate your Lightning based chakra in your dominant hand, and use shape manipulation to start forming it into a hound like shape. This hound of Lightning can then run at your opponent and shock him, but stays attached to your hand and you should keep fueling your chakra into it. Fairly easy, try it out on my clone."

Wow interesting set, Rangiku listens to the description and prepares herself to perform first technique.
She first bring her hands close and then gathers her lightning chakra in the palm of her both the hands. Then she manipulates the lightning based chakra between her palms using nature transformation, which produces crackling sound. Now as directed by her sensei beforehand, she then uses shape manipulation and converts it in the form of rope and then control it and directs it towards Dean's clone to whip him in the process and making it disappear.
Whew that was good, she then gives her analysis. Paperwork, I hate it, she reluctantly writes down the analysis in her notes about this training.
Advantages:
1. Since I am using rope I can easily control it using my nature and shape transformation adjusting it's size and length and can attack my opponent precisely.
2. Being a lightning rope I can also use it for defensive purpose, that is to defend myself from weapons as well.
Disadvantages:
1. Biggest disadvantage is my hands will be busy when I am using this technique and due to the control required it isn't easy to perform two jutsus at the same time.
2. Also length of rope is limited to mid range as I can't go on putting chakra into it.
How to use it in the battle
1. It can be used in combination with various taijutsu move to attack my opponent and also to catch him using the rope and shock him and hence as a result paralyzing him and making attacking him easier.
2. I can also use it along with swords or weapons in Bakijutsu or Kenjutsu moves to effectively full my opponent. It's use in water, is an effective way to make more amount of damage.
Now, next technique which is also a flashy one.
Rangiku listens the description as technique is explained in detail by her sensei and then moves onto the demonstration.
She first puts her right hand, which is her dominant hand in front of her and starts gathering lightning chakra into it. Once enough amount of chakra is gathered she then converts it in the form of beast by using shape manipulation and then directs it towards the Dean's clone which was running towards Rangiku. The beast run towards him and then attacks him, shocking him, but staying attached to Rangiku's hand. As a result, the clone gets shocked and disappears.
Advantages:
1. Biggest one is the accuracy of the technique. Since beast is connected to my hand via chakra, I can easily adjust it's direction and make it attack the opponent accurately.
2. Also being a beast it won't only shock my opponent but can also send him back a little bit. If there is a location advantage, this 'little bit' will be a really big advantage.
Disadvantages:
1. Biggest one is I have to supply chakra continuously in a focused manner to control the beast via my dominant hand and hence it is difficult to perform other technique when I am performing this technique, as it requires me to control the beast.
2. Also I have to control the tiger continuously and hence this technique will leave me wide open. My opponent can use it to attack me from the other sides and these attacks will be really difficult to dodge.
How to use it in the battle:
1. Best way is using it via lightning shadow clone, which can use this technique when I am attacking my opponent from other direction. I can also use it to bring my opponent in the range of my next technique, where I will attack him when I have opening.
2. I can use the clone strategy in 'clone battles' as well, in this case where I will use this to take down the clone, when I am taking down the other clones or will go for main.
It would have been really useful technique, if beast wouldn't have been connected to my body via chakra, something similar to fire dragon. she murmurs, as she waits for further instructions.

"For the next one, create another Rangiku, made out of Lightning! Manipulate your Lightning based chakra, and focus it to form a complete copy of yourself, that is nearly impossible to discern from yourself. This clone is capable of using Lightning up to B rank, and is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the you have. Use the clone, to defeat my clone >_O"

From my mouth!!! that was the first reaction of Rangiku when she listened to the description of first technique, but she soon realized she had done much crazier things in her life and hence moves onto the demonstration.
She first manipulates her lightning based chakra as directed by her sensei and then converts it into spear of lightning. She then emits these spears through her mouth and directs them at the clone who was running towards him, shocking him and paralyzing him in the process. 'Ulqiourra you say? I hate him and this weird jutsu as well', anyways moving onto the analysis part.
Advantages:
1. Since I am using my mouth, my hands are free and hence I can use this time as a prep time for next technique and can do other things, such as performing handseals etc.
2. Spears can be used for dual purposes, first to attack multiple opponents or second to attack single opponent, making it a flexible technique.
Disadvantages:
1. Since I am using my mouth in the process, if used at multiple enemies there is a chance of few spears going off-target and hence not so chakra-efficient technique.
2. Since lightning is in the form of spears, which are generally long and hence can be easily detected by my opponent. Making them useless against speedy opponents.
How to use it in the battle
1. It is an effective tactic against clone no jutsus, especially against water clones. I can use the spears to electrocute them and can use them being formed using water in my own favor.
2. Can be used after covering area around my opponent using powerful water jutsu. Then I can use spears to take my opponents down selectively.
Talking about clones, another variation is next technique. Lightning clone? Time to shine more.
As Rangiku sees the Dean's clone running towards her she quickly manipulates her chakra and focuses it to form the lightning clone of herself. Hi, I am Rangiku the clone says the words. No you aren't Rangiku, I am Ragiku.
No, what did you say
Ah forget it, fight otherwise we both will be harmed
Rangiku's clone turns back and sees Dean's clone and blocks his kick using her strength.
Not so easy fella
Clone then quickly channels her lightning chakra around her fist, generating the sphere of lightning around it and then punches the Dean's clone causing a massive explosion, which makes the clone go puff.
Advantages
1. It is pretty much superior clone over Mizu and rock clone due to the fact that it can also perform Ninjutsu moves and can use upto B-Rank lightning unlike other two.
2. Really quick technique doesn’t require handseals or prep time.
Disadvantages
1. Cannot perform moves above B-Rank.
2. Range of this technique is short range and hence I can make clone only ‘near to me’ and not far away from me, although clone may shift to mid or long range distance using speed or teleportation. Also clone can be made disappear by using higher ranked jutsus(above B rank).
How to use it in the battle
1. Effective counter for Mizu clone and doton clone. There is absolutely no way Mizu clone can defeat this one, due to the advantage lightning has over Water techniques. Also it is useful against doton clone due to the elemental advantage.
2. It is also the best way to have supporting fighter alongside you, apart from summons. It’s ability to perform taijutsu moves, may cause double trouble for my opponent.

Ah, this will be useful in Kenjutsu moves.
Rangiku analyzes the jutsu as she listens the description explained by her sensei.
She sees Dean creating a new clone who is wearing the samurai armor. Without wasting a moment she draws out her sword and then holds it in front of her. She then gathers her lightning based chakra and then focuses her chakra into the sword, increasing it's sharpness in the process. Time to cut you down.
She runs towards her opponent and then quickly delivers three slashes, first near the abdomen, second near the heart and third near the neck, effectively finishing off the clone.
Whew kenjutsu was helpful here, now analysis part
Advantages:
1. Gives excellent cutting power to the blade and makes it even more OP than sword with wind chakra and hence pretty much useful as a combo.
2. It can be used as a counter to chain ninjutsus as it can easily cut down chains summoned from scroll.
Disadvantages:
1. Major disadvantage is, I can only use 'sword' to channel my chakra through and hence it can't be used at long range, making it essentially a short range jutsu.
2. Also it requires me to carry sword.
How to use it in the battle
1. Combining this technique with kenjutsu and taijutsu moves, one can produce some insanely OP moves and can damage opponent in multiple ways.
2. Can also be used to increase sharpness of my blade momentarily to cut down wind channeled blades, as it is sharper than them.
Moving onto next technique.
Rangiku reads the description and then after returning to original position forms rat handseal. Then she manipulates her lightning based chakra and focuses it into her hand which she lifts in the air. Then she quickly sends her lightning based chakra in the air to trigger electrical discharge, due to which a lightning strike, strikes upon Dean's clone taking him down. That was quiet an OP move she murmurs.
Advantages
1. Range is biggest advantage, can be used at short as well as at long range.
2. It is essentially lower level substitute of Kirin, which requires more amount of prep time.
Disadvantages
1. Even if prep time is less than Kirin, it is still more than many other techniques and hence not so useful in quick battles.
2. Time required to focus the chakra, may leave me open and hence I may give at an opening for my opponent. Also damage caused by it, isn't as high as Kirin. Also if target has good speed, it will be difficult to strike him down accurately.
How to use it in the battle
1. I can use it as a last move, with two quick powerful moves beforehand to set my opponent at long range and then take him down with this technique.
2. Can also be used along with clones, typically with lightning clone/rock clone/water clone which will keep my opponent busy while I am gathering chakra and directing it towards him. If I use water clone who can perform water jutsus till C-Rank, I can also increase the damage caused due to this technique.

After that, throw it towards your opponent, and maintain a connection with the shuriken through an electrical cable, when it hits the opponent, it will deliver a numbing shock that would paralyze the opponent. Try it out on that clone over there."

"Okay, now, easy one. Manipulate your Lightning based chakra from your hands, to release it towards your opponent. The lightning you release towards your opponent, is purple, and is capable of knocking enemies away. It's range, is pretty limited though. Try it against my clone."
