Yey, I am finally there.
A smile of happiness appears on Rangiku's face as she prepares herself to perform the last Raiton jutsu.
Seemingly a chidori variant, she first waves the handseals required to form chidori, to make a lightning making cracking sound appear in her dominant right hand, widely known as chidori.
Then she moves on to follow set of instructions given by her sensei as she runs towards her opponent, (who is Dean's clone) and strikes the clone upon reaching at the short range from her opponent. Once she has accomplished that, she then uses the shape manipulation to shape manipulate the lightning she used in chidori in the form of spear, which extends through the body of the opponent, up to mid range. This spear then blasts in the mid air, seemingly harming the opponent, as his wrecked body falls on the ground.
I hope I did well.
Advantages:
-Is an improved version of simple short range chidori, also use in thrusting my opponent to mid range.
-Since blast happens at mid range, I will be unscathed, also it's impact covers more area than normal chidori.
Disadvantages:
-Chidori handseals maybe a minute problem, typically for ninjas who aren't lightning masters.
-Spear only extends after I strike opponent using chidori, hence technique is effectively short range and not mid range.
How I will use it in the battle:
-Effective variation of chidori, not only causes sufficient amount of damage, but also sends opponent flying to mid range. Can be then followed up with mid range nin-techniques, with time before the nin technique will be covered by this technique.
-Can be used as a combo with other chidori variants. Send user flying to mid range first, with damage and then follow it up with some mid range variation, such as chidori senbon.
-Can also be combined with Nara techs, using shadow manipulation and then some explosive tags to hurt the opponent, from point blank range, after damaging him first via this tech.
