I'm pretty sure that in the last coffin is the real body of Madara. Since it is mentioned many times that Madara can't be as old as Konoha and still not a bald geezer, he's probably using a soul container like Orochimaru does. A container that somehow doesn't wear off in just 3 years (the sharingan maybe helps) . Therefore, if Kabuto revives it, Madara's soul will go back to it's real body and will be under the control of Kabuto's jutsu. Scary, huh? That' why Madara has to put up with Kabuto for a while.

This one makes sense to me.
I look forward to see if it's right.
My guess on who is in the 6th coffin narrows down to two: (1) Madara (2) Sage of the Six Path

itachi got out the jutsu and madara is like 10x times itachi

so that plan is flawed that he would be scared of that. Madara would easily pick up on it and just break the jutsu anyway.

Itachi (if worked out how planned)
Madara true body (if didnt break seal when done)
Madara broskii
