The kyubi chakra

I've been wondering, why did the kyubis chakra became like SOT6P when naruto gained control, whereas bee who is said to be the perfect jinchuriki, his bijuus chakra remained red, now i know some will say he is related to TSOT6P but he had been using the nine tails chakra so my other question is
is it possible that the kyubis chakra belongs to TSOT6P?

I asked the same question but no one can give a clear answer. The best I could come up with is that naruto is one of the 6 paths
