Her training and affinity allow her to use any lightning jutsu that the user knows up to S-Rank and without hand seals because hornets have no hands. Because of her size, the size of her jutsu matches, there for any normal technique she uses can reach one range further than normal. A sting from Jaune to a humanoid will kill however if she stings something closer to her size that being's speed will be slowed to 20% for two turns.

A sting from her releases a venom which attacks the lungs and restricts breathing which suffocates the opponent with a drowning sensation.

Description: Thousands of years ago, there was a lone some village in the Land of Eki, where all the villagers to a vow of peace. Never to fight even if their own life is endangered, the only exception was the protection of family and loved ones. Kids were taught this from an early age, meditation was also practiced at minimum 4 times a day to keep everyone at one with themselves. Within this village were great craftsmen throughout out all the land, that made tools with the heart for defending. Other bigger Villages and tribes with well over a thousand people wanted these craftsmen and their creations to in attempt to become rulers of the entire land of Eki. The village hidden in Ketsueki, the biggest in all the land and by far the most powerful, came to the lone village destroying everyones homes and killing the people of the village in search for the craftsmen and what they seen as "weapons". One of the Five craftsmen gave his son a pair of Gold earrings with what appears to have aqua colored diamonds[from chakra being stored within them] after the son put the earring on they became one with him. The intruders eventually found the last craftsman and his family hiding within a tunnel built under their home, each being pulled and executed, the son being the last one pulled from the tunnel, when they tried to kill him a barrier of chakra appeared reflecting theyre jutsu. This son with the only tools ever found, made by the legendary craftsmen , after 20 years went on to become King of all the land of Eki, finally bringing Peace. The earrings became known as "The Kings Peace", and their abilities are known to Block and/or Reflect nearly anything threatening the holder.

Description: The user performs four hand signs and to trap the opponent in a genjutsu where the opponent sees the hand of the Gedo statue comes out the ground and grab hold of them, immobilising them in reality. The opponent then sees the rest of Gedo Statue rise out of the ground in front of them and where it releases the aura-dragon which moves to attack the opponent. When the Aura-Dragon appears to touch the opponent it causes immense mental stress. This can be cast on two opponents at the same time by altering the illusion to make it appear as though two arms rise from the ground to capture both targets and by making the illusionary aura-dragon attack both of them.

Ame Kussetsu no Jutsu (Rain Refraction Technique)

Description: The user will send there chakra into the falling rain via use of the Tiger→Ram→Snake hand seals, redirecting the light in such a way that the opponent's will see the user standing in a different location, by altering the way light is reflected and refracted through the rain drops. As such, the opponent will see the opponent standing elsewhere from their actual location, causing them to aim at the wrong location. This could possible cause the opponent to think they are in a genjutsu or are facing Haze clones as the their jutsu will simply phase through it. The user of this jutsu would also be able to manipulate the direction jutsu may be coming from, by altering the way the light is reflecting through the rain. As such, a jutsu could be sent from the opponent's left but they will see it being sent from a point directly in front of them.

- this ninjutsu only effects what the opponents sees, their other senses are left alone,

The user once per usage can expand the air bubble 1 meter outward from the size of their body, having it as if they are in a big spinning ball of wind underwater. By doing this, they are keeping water from reaching inside and can even serve as a defensive barrier.

The flicker of the users translucent diamond on their palm is meant to catch the attention of whom ever is within range, activating the genjutsu, which the diamond will appear to continuously glow, when in reality the users palm is no longer glowing.
-Note: upon getting caught in the Genjutsu, they immediately stop their movement. While in the genjutsu the victims can feel themself falling making it appear as if they are being pushed further away from seeing out of their own eyes and moving their own body, as the victims vision becomes tunneled, narrowing in on the casters “glowing” translucent diamond in their palm.

The shockwave is sent out into one or multiple directions at once. The surface internally is destroyed which causes the external to be destroyed also. Recoil falls the same rules and regulations as Landmine Fist. The range of this Method is maximum long range but it all depends on the way it is used. If it's used on a building it would affect the building and that's it. Used against a small ball it would just affect the ball.
Method Two: This method uses the shockwave as a way of evading. The shockwave knocks them into whichever direction the user desires. It causes shockwaves but nothing that causes any harm. The range of the travel can't go past short range.

The crystal particles resemble "glitter" in appearance and size, spreading across the area. These particles have no affect on physical individuals, clones or summons. The particles may be created from existing crystal within the area.

Description: A pair of revolvers once used by a man known as the Last Gunslinger, forged from an unknown indestructible alloy said to be the melted down remnants of the mighty sword Excalibur, wielded by King Arthur Eld during his fateful battle with the Dark wizard Maerlyn and the Crimson Queen. The blacksmith who forged the dual six-shooters was said to have combined his Katon with a special Sage Oil. The revolvers are grey with sandalwood grips and symbols along the barrels. The revolvers are conduits for Fire Release, granting them a number of abilities:
The Guns are extremely durable, nearly indestructible from their unknown alloy, making them resistant to oxidization, rusting, etc. This durability won't allow them to block or otherwise directly interact with Jutsu safely, however they can be incorporated into the user's hand-to-hand combat. There are also enhancements such as the revolvers themselves being able to act as conduits for the user's Katon, and at a reduced cost of 10 Chakra, due to the Katon found within the revolvers. Also, 4x's per battle the Guns may be used to passively extend the range of one Katon technique, this is possible due to the Katon already in the guns being released into the jutsu as a boost. This requires 1 turn cool down between uses and doing so and drains the guns of their Katon Chakra, and requires that the user wait 1 turn before the Guns replenish this independent store, however during this time they can still act as conduits within reason but will not allow the Guns to fire off their special Katon bullets.
-The Guns of Eld, as mentioned just above, can fire special, 2 inch diameter bullets made from Katon. The amount of Chakra naturally present in the alloy is enough to shoot off single rounds from each Gun having properties from both and would cause burning/concussive damage for A rank and below, limbs struck would drop the damage done by the limb hit 10 damage for 1 turn. Once per turn used, the guns can release an S rank combined blast utilizing 1/4 meter diameter in size "bullets" from each gun (combined S rank strength), being hit by this would not only severely burn and knock the target back, it would sear thru flesh and cauterize it in the process from the immense heat. This can be done 3x with 1 turn cool down. They can also fire off a total of 4 bullets per turn free form, doing 5 damage with 20 damage max. All bullets fired move at the speed of a standard Raiton jutsu
Note: Can only be used by Vegeta, and those he teaches. Naturally, this means the Guns of Eld will not work if stolen, as the user must be taught the deciphered symbols on the barrels to use. They also cannot be used against Vegeta by anyone he allows to use them.
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): The existence of the elastic variation of Lava Release demonstrates that it is possible to combine chakra natures in order to create a physical form of incredible malleability. Storm Release demonstrates it is possible to combine Lightning and Water in order to produce an energy that flows like one of the forms of matter. While in the case of Storm Release it is lightning that flows like water, Bungee Gum is lightning that flows like an incredibly dense and sticky material, courtesy of the malleable and syrup-like qualities able to be generated through certain canon Water Release techniques.
How it works: Bungee gum works by combining Lightning and Water to first create an elastic energy. Bungee Gum effectively functions as a syrup-like material with the composition of lightning. The typical form of lightning is lost, replaced by one that is dense, elastic, and sticky. Due to being composed of their own chakra, Bungee Gum users are able to freely interact with the energy when produced without suffering from the adverse effects. The element is incredibly destructive to others, however; as it is still composed of electricity, Bungee Gum is capable of inducing the same shocks and burns that Lightning Release normally can, and retains its ability to conduct electricity in compatible materials.
Bungee Gum is an incredibly malleable material, even moreso than the Rubber variation of Lava Release due to the greater potential for shape manipulation in Water Release and Lightning Release alike. The natural properties of lightning responsible for static cling and Water Release's capacity to be made into a sticky syrup both manifest in Bungee Gum as a nigh-unparalleled sticky quality, allowing it to ensnare virtually anything in respect to its own power.
Being composed of Lightning and Water Releases, the user is able to manifest the element through their own bodies, through sources of water, and within thin air.

Either way if the user uses this along side a tajutsu attack it would give a boost in the taijutsu attack by +10 because the momentum of the attraction or retraction of the Bungee Gum.
Conditions to be able to use it: Mastery of Lightning and Water
Is weak to: Wind Release, being an insulator, can neutralize the electrical properties of Bungee Gum and disperse its composition similarly to wind dispersing water. Water Release is capable of "oversaturating" Bungee Gum's form, neutralizing its electrical properties.
Is strong against: Being a form of energy, Bungee Gum is highly effective against Fire and Lightning Release, capable of assimilating Lightning Release into its form and its dense, watery-composition allowing it to put out fires. Due to being composed of Lightning, Bungee Gum is also capable of destroying Earth Release.

One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinitely and can't be released. Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.

This can be done via single fire or three round bursts from his chakra rifle or by firing his pistols, creating bursts up to 3 meters large.
Note: The two pistols can fire 5 freeform bullets per turn to deal 20 damage. These bullets are made of raw chakra and are of similar width to fingers.
Note: These pistols are also able to release up to 2 Projectile/Streaming jutsu per turn and up to 5 in total before having to recharge chakra cartridges. During the recharge periods, the user must spend 30 chakra to recharge the clips in which neither of the guns can be used.

Background//History
The very little known of Jinx, is that her mother, whom originated from the land of Fire, Leaf Village. The clan was rumored to be assassinated by one of their own village. Forcing her mother to run far from her origin and settled within a Land known as Amegakure, where the rain always fell, the mother of Jinx met a man who also had a special trait, the Bakuton release. The Pair would assist an organization of known criminals over the coming years, before deciding to find a knew place to call home when they realized they were with child, who would become Jinx in the future. The mother and father settled in the Badlands through connections they've made over the years of their criminal activities. 3 Years after Jinx was born their home was invaded by a group of ninja looking for the mother, a fight ensued, and the father and mother become increasingly out numbered killing both, young Jinx by her fathers side, appearing to be in a trance like state entering what few know as the chimera, absorbing her fathers specialized advanced element. This is when Jinx first used Bakuton out of fear, killing everyone within the home and destroying it completely. A man that own a bar down the block from their now destroyed home, was a friend of the family and also took in a number of orphans, he then took Jinx in and would teach the orphans how to fend for themselves as well as fight. 10 years later Jinx and her now foster friends/siblings where on a suicide mission trying to steal a rare chakra infused marble, said to be able to power cities, the lot of them we're caught and Jinx set off yet another explosion killing almost everyone, as well as injuring herself in the process. Later when Jinx woke up, to the damage she's created and the friends she harmed she ran off, traveling and causing chaos wherever she sees fit, her eyes now pink, its said to be from the explosion and a reminder to herself to not give a f---. Her whereabouts in the present are unknown, until she pops up again to blow things up.
Akaza is a very muscular young man of above average height with skin so fair, it appears bright green-tinged white, decorated by a pattern of thick blue lines, which resemble the criminal tattoos he had as a human. Akaza had short, bright pink hair that fluffed out around his head, and inward-tilting yellow eyes with pink eyelashes and blue sclera that looked somewhat like cracked glass. The kanji for "Upper Rank Three" are etched into his irises as well. The lines on his face curved through each of his eyes from below his ears to over his temples, another blue line running from the center of his hairline to the bridge of his nose, with two more lines running around his neck, three others branching off the lower one to his torso. The center line ran directly down his chest to halfway down his stomach, and the other two branched off to the sides over each side of his chest to join the two other lines, this same three-line pattern there also repeating around his waist. On his arms there were lines running down the front of his shoulders that ran into two more, which went around his biceps, before continuing to run down to his wrists, below which it could be seen that each of his fingers are also dark blue with an orange fingernail, his toes also sharing this unusual appearance. that was cut off at his waist, left open to expose his chest, that was decorated by a square pattern on his back. Below this, he sported a pair of baggy white pants that he rolled to just below the knee with a blue rope belt to secure them at his waist. Preferring to go barefoot, but wears a chain of large round pink pearls around each of his ankles. Also wears two diamond studs, one on each ear.
Personality
Strong, Stubborn and Battle Crazed. Enjoys fighting, especially close quarters combat. Savoring every moment, he also compliments his opponents when they unleash strong techniques or land blows on him, usually remarking that their techniques and swordsmanship are magnificent and intriguing. He instigates with anyone, finding it entertaining. However, he genuinely respected those who were strong in his eyes, remembering all the names he's committed to memory as tribute to their strength. He believes in survival of the fittest, having a deeply rooted psychological need to become stronger.

The Kings Peace

Description: Thousands of years ago, there was a lone some village in the Land of Eki, where all the villagers to a vow of peace. Never to fight even if their own life is endangered, the only exception was the protection of family and loved ones. Kids were taught this from an early age, meditation was also practiced at minimum 4 times a day to keep everyone at one with themselves. Within this village were great craftsmen throughout out all the land, that made tools with the heart for defending. Other bigger Villages and tribes with well over a thousand people wanted these craftsmen and their creations to in attempt to become rulers of the entire land of Eki. The village hidden in Ketsueki, the biggest in all the land and by far the most powerful, came to the lone village destroying everyones homes and killing the people of the village in search for the craftsmen and what they seen as "weapons". One of the Five craftsmen gave his son a pair of Gold earrings with what appears to have aqua colored diamonds[from chakra being stored within them] after the son put the earring on they became one with him. The intruders eventually found the last craftsman and his family hiding within a tunnel built under their home, each being pulled and executed, the son being the last one pulled from the tunnel, when they tried to kill him a barrier of chakra appeared reflecting theyre jutsu. This son with the only tools ever found, made by the legendary craftsmen , after 20 years went on to become King of all the land of Eki, finally bringing Peace. The earrings became known as "The Kings Peace", and their abilities are known to Block and/or Reflect nearly anything threatening the holder.
Note: The earrings can activate without the holders awareness but will always cost a move and drain proportional chakra to the technique defended from, preventing the user from molding his chakra at the same time for another technique.
Note: Only works with offensive Ninjutsu techniques (elemental or not) travelling towards the user.
Note: Blocking [right earring] is the ability through which the earings bring forth a shield of chakra, shy of 50cm from the user, in the path of an incoming technique, just enough to block it from damaging the wearer and Reflection[left earring] is the ability to bring forth a dampening shield of chakra, in the path of an incoming technique, which diverts the attack's path and sends it back towards its origin, albeit weaker by half (B-Rank becomes C-Rank for example).
Note: Each ability can only be used once every 3 turns and can only defend against up to B-Rank. By sacrificing the ability to reuse one of the applications, the user is able to forcefully will the earings to defend from a technique up to S-Rank. However, in this case, that application becomes unusable for the rest of the match and they need conscious control from the user to perform said defense.

Sage Transformation
The unique ability to absorb natural energy from their surroundings due to their unique bodies. However, the adverse effects of this energy results in sudden and uncontrollable surges of madness, causing them to sporadically go berserk. Their unique bodies also secrete special fluids that allow them to undergo various drastic physical alterations. which allows them to use the natural energy they absorbs to transform their body or parts of their body at will. They can change what form they take almost instantly and can isolate the transformation to specific parts of their body. Due to this, the clan members possess massive reserves of powerful chakra, gaining 300 additional chakra. If they fully transform, the clan member gains a massive power boost but loses their mind to their murderous side, signified by a change in his voice. Due to constantly / passively gathering natural energy, they are very strong against Genjutsu, being immune to illusions B-Rank and below.
Gift of the Hermit Group
A special kind of chakra used by the ninja monks of the Fire Temple. It requires daily, unrelenting training to master. Similar to the Wood Sage Art: True Thousand Hands Technique, the user is able to summon a spirit form known as the Welcoming Approach: Thousand Armed Murder, an angelic spirit with 1000 arms to attack and defend for the user.

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.

Chakra Blade

Background//History
Little is known of Akaza, besides very few details from the few he let live. Gathered together, Akaza was born and raised in a Village he refers to as "Ame", known for its constant Rain and criminal activity, as long as ties to a group of Rogue S-Rank ninja, who have dealings as hired mercenaries with other Lands. It is assumed that a young age Akaza left home, with a hunger to gain and learn more when it comes to strength and techniques. As time moves forward, more and more information is gathered on Akaza.
