Now dash toward one of the
dummy,whilst thrusting forward your left hand and release every bit of the chakra you've gathered,once you palm comes incontact.

*While i got a good hold of it, i quickly rush in a dashing manner towards the closest dummy and i strongly thrust foward my left hand, and as soon as my palm makes contact with the dummy's torso i release the huge amount of chakra i had gathered in my palm in that palm strike*

*Points at dummy*
Dash towards em,then perform a series of jyuuken strike on him but makes sure your last hit is an air-palm(chakra burst),which would surely send it flying,Give it a try.

*I take my usual fighting pose and quickly dash towards the dummy, and strongly hit the chakra points of the dummy 12 times, 9 on the torso and 2 on the left shoulder closing every chakra point as i go hitting them, and end it by gathering the compressed chakra in my palm and hit it with an air-palm in the stomach releasing the chakra, sending the dummy flying backwards*

Meh,the next is fairly simple,so i want u to dash to the dummy then jump towards it,whilst hitting one of its organ of your chioce..and then without wasting a sec,i want u to continue with a series of jyuuken strikes on the chakra points but try to insert more chakra,so it won't just shut it down but completely destroy it.

After your done,tell me why is it u had to hit its organ first.

*I fastly dash to the dummy and then jump towards it, and quickly hitting it's right liver, without waiting i continue to strike numerous jyuuken strikes on its chakra points but focusing more chakra than usual to the strikes, maknig then not just shut down by destroying it completely.*

I think i did that because every chakra point is conected through its body, dealing incredible damage to a specific organ.

 

[Magic..]

lets just say the pain caused by the damaged organ, weakens the target thus enabling you to issue the rest of the attack on him/her.

Next,i want you to grab the dummy by the chest with your left hand and deliver an insane palm strike with your free right hand then hit him with another palm strike with your left as he begins to fly backwards

*I firmly grab the dummy by it's chest with my left hand, and with superb force i deal a massive palm strike with my right hand in it's left lung, and follow with another strong palm strike on the lower stomach with my left hand as it fly's backwards*

The next is somewhat simple,i want u to hit the next dummy with 3 empty palm thus sending him crashing unto that plateau behind him.Then as he is helpless,hit the pleteau itself to enable it collapse on him.

*i taka my fighting pose and quickly strike the next dummy with 3 palm strikes however i don't use chakra they are empty, but with enough force sending him crashing onto the plateau behind him, as it's ganing concious of what's happening i quckly hit the plateau making it collapse on the dummy*

next is a paralyzing palm strike,gather as much chakra as u can,then perform a palm strike on the dummy's stomach with such force that the chakra in your palm is distributed through out the dummy's body,temproraly damaging its nerves and as well as inmobilizing it for a short period of time.

*I take my usual fighting pose and gather a great amount of chakra into my dominant palm, and deal a palm strike into the dummy's stomach with a massive force that the chakra i bursted out and into the dummy is distributed through out the dummy's entire body, doing so tempo damage to its nerves and inmobilizing it for a short time*

good.....the next ish very easy,a tag air palm.
Make a clone and dash towards the dummy at the same time,then release a powerful chakra burst at him,which would hit him at the same.
Remember,this a two man attack. Give it a try!

*I create a clone besides me, and then we both take my usual fighting pose and at the same time we dash towards the dummy and release a ver strong chakra burst at the dummy's body with great force behind them, at the very same time*
