Dean was glad to hear that Panthalassa understood it all, and as such, he threw the scroll that contained all the techniques of Water release.

"Alright, now based on the knowledge of what Projectiles based Water techniques are, could you check the jutsu that fall under that, from D rank to S rank, and list them all for me (in a spoiler)? Once you have listed them, we will move on with a few techniques at a time, analysing and discussing."
Pantha was perplexed as he looked through the massive scroll of techniques. Was his sensei really asking him to do all that work?!

Y-y-yes, Sensei...

And then he set onto it, studying all the scrolls closely.

After a long while, he compiled a list of techniques he thought fit the style. Any that even remotely resembled a continuous stream, albeit projectile-like, he removed, just like some techniques that created whips. He also removed any that would behave like a projectile, but require a water source, which he felt wasn't a proper application of the first method. He included character-bound techniques, even those belonging to the mythical Kisame, because they fit the style and who know, he might be able to meet him one day and he had to be prepared.

Panthalassa had set out his list, and it did contain projectile based techniques, and some that were listed under specifics. Nonetheless, Dean threw out his own scroll with the list of projectile techniques towards his student. They were rather a few of them, and as such this method would go quite fast.

(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points:20
Description: Creates small waves of water, small blasts, and small shields of water.

(Suiton: Mizu Yashiken no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Palm Blade Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will first strike their target with couple of punches and kicks them lifting the target into the air and the user will then concentrate their chakra into their palm and then swinging their arm in a arc they release chakra creating a cresent blade of water that strike the target.

(Suiton: Haretsu sui Yashi ) - Water Release: Water Bursting Palm
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After making the ram hand seal the user generates water around their right arm and then by thrusting their arm forwards they release the water in the form of a projectile bullet that drives through the opponent pushing them back several feet.

( Suiton: Shawā ) - Water Release: Showers
Rank: C

Damage points: 30
Description: The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.

(Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water Release: Gunshot

Description: The user will do the Tiger handseal and will gather water in his mouth and then spits out either a single very large sphere of rotating water that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked or a series of up to 5 smaller yet faster bullets. The power of the technique depends on how much chakra the user inputs into it.

"Now the other techniques you listed which aren't included here, were either Kisame specific techniques or techniques which fall under water sources. Nonetheless, good job Panthalassa. Now, we'll be doing one technique at a time (for now). We'll be doing it discussion type for now, tell me everything you can about he first technique in the list. I can give a short overview if you want, just for clarity sakes.

Now, the first technique is capable of releasing projectile based blasts of water towards the opponent. Small shields and waves of water can also be used with it, making a technique capable of more than one thing. The waves can only be done on a water source, the other two can be done with or without it. Tell me more about the technique."

Panthalassa studied the scroll his Sensei gave him, frowning at the fact that he had it all along and still made him collect all those techniques.

They're all pretty similar techniques, so I'm just going to analyse them at the same time, if you don't mind. After having discussed the overall method, there isn't much do discuss further. The first technique, I feel, is Water in it's purest form, you can use it to do anything, though you're limited by range, rank and dimensions, of course. It can be used through any method, since it's capable of releasing projectiles, but also streams or water sources. Low ranked, not much damage, but really versatile.

The second differs from the second because it includes taijutsu. It's basic motions, and the only part that actually has water in it is when you swing your arm and create a projectile in the shape of a crescent. I'm assuming one can skip the taijutsu part and just perform the water crescent, even though it's only short range.

This, one again, is only short-range, which is a shame. It's slower than the first technique because it requires one handseal, but it's still released in a similar manner, by thrusting your hand.

For all effects and purposes, the best technique to use in this rank is the fourth technique, since it requires no handseals and is up to mid range. It can be released the same way as the other two, or materialized from the air above you. Can we materialize the projectiles in the air mid-range from us, or is the maximum just to show how far they go after you materialize it near yourself?

This technique also requires one handseal, but it can be used as an A rank or a B rank, meaning this method only needs an S rank technique to cover all ranks. It is spat from one's mouth and can be used to shoot 1 to 5 projectiles.

Panthalassa quickly goes through the techniques with ease. He analysed them too, making them sound quite simple in nature, which they were. The projectile method contained the techniques which were the easiest to perform. Without a problem, Dean nods in agreement.

"Great job on that, indeed they are so simple. The first technique is great for me due to its lack of hand seals, allowing it to be performed in close range of the opponent with ease. As for your question, they can only be materialized above you and "shot" towards the opponent, hence its inclusion under projectiles. Now, let's make things a bit interesting. I won't be asking the advantages of the techniques as it seems that you understand them well, but I want you to use these techniques in a combination against a clone of mine. Show me how you use the techniques, and if you have more questions about them, be sure to ask."

Dean creates a clone that readies itself, as it dashes towards Panthalassa. Hopefully he was ready to face a clone, an opponent.

Alright! I got this!

Panthalassa turned to the clone with a serious expression. He breathed deeply and then signalled his insects. Rising his arms, he launched a swarm that spread around him and his target, creating a denser aggregation of bugs that restricts the clone's vision more than it would normally do, spread over long range. The burst was nearly instantaneous, but it was meant to distract rather than to damage.

(Mushi Jamingu no Jutsu) – Wicked Insect Folk Tools Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short – Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user utilizes a large amount of their Kikaichū and has them spread over a wide area around the user. The bugs then emit a small amount of the their host's respective chakra that they usually feed on. This confuses sensor-type ninjas' chakra-sensing ability, as the insects' irregular distribution and large grouping of the bugs result in the creation of numerous 'false images', making it more difficult to distinguish the user's exact and actual location.
Note: Can only be used by a member of the Aburame clan.

As soon as he handsealessly gave the bugs the signal, he focused his chakra on the air to his left, materializing around 8 projectiles made of water from the vapour in the air. They would descend upon the blinded clone with great speed.

( Suiton: Shawā ) - Water Release: Showers
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.

The projectiles would be quick and strong enough to take the clone, but, in the off chance that clone would be able to see them through the swarming insects, and send some sort of counter in that direction, it would take his attention away from Pantha, both from his awareness and from his target, as the counter would be directed to the left, while Pantha would swerve right and charge at the clone, close to the ground. Whether the clone counters the projectiles or not, Panthalassa would rock his right fist down on the clone's kidneys, and then quickly jab his ribs with the left fist. Riding the confusion he cause, he would spin around, launching his right fist in an arch that would catch the blinded clone on the chin, and push him in the air, for Pantha to launch a crescent of water into the back of his head, dispersing the clone.

He then subdued the swarm, and vacuumed it into his clothes once more. Looking at his Sensei.

How's that?!

Panthalassa used a deadly combination against Dean's clone, combining his signature Aburame techniques with Water which was indeed impressive. Dean was quite impressed by it, and nodded his head in approval. He was quite skilled, though they still had a long way to go with many techniques.

"Alright, good job. Now that we have that covered, we can move on to the next set of techniques labeled under: Streams/Water Sources. Now what do you think about streams and water sources? How does it differ from our previous method, projectiles? Also state the advantages and disadvantages of the method. In the mean time, I'll pour myself some Gin >,>"

Dean looked into his bag for his famous bottle of Gin.

Panthalassa eyed the gin bottle, wondering if his sensei would believe he is old enough to share the drink, or if the fact that he is only 15 is plastered all over his face. With no use to keep thinking about it, he focused his mind on the task at hand.

Projectiles were simple and momentous, so I'm guessing Streams would behave very similar, but are a more continuous dispersal of water, which, of course, means you can keep pressuring your opponent and even change your target and aim, but also means you're exposed for longer. This also includes water sources, and most of the techniques I looked through required a water source. I'm guessing since this method is about continuous water, it's also the most suited to produce large quantities of source material to then manipulate further, which I'm guessing is the next method!

Panthalassa gave his honest answer on the subject, and he had said a few things which were very important indeed. He was on the right path, and Dean had realised why he had chosen this guy to be his personal student, he knew what he was doing. Nonetheless, Dean was taking his sip of Gin, and quickly closed the bottle afterwards. Letting the fumes out, would degrade its awesomeness.

"Alright, good job on that. The stream based techniques are indeed, continuous and need to be fed with chakra to be able to continue. Now this is where it gets tricky. Streams and water source based techniques are unlike projectiles, you control them. projectiles, when released, are on their own. Streams and water source based techniques are different, they are manipulated. You can change the direction of a stream based attack, by altering your head (say its a blast from your mouth). Water source techniques, like say a dragon of water, can be manipulated to go towards the enemy and even avoid obstacles, as long as chakra is fed to it. Now this of course, bring us to the fact no other techniques can be used whilst you are sustaining a water source or stream based technique. Here is the way the Sage of Yin describes it:"

Dean tosses the scroll towards Panthalassa once more. This time it contained a bit more information on streams and water source based techniques.

This method involves creating constant streams of water as well as creating water sources. What this mean is, the techniques in this method continuously releases water and/or creates such large masses of water, it provides a suitable water source for you to use other Suiton techniques that do need a source of water. You'll likely have to constantly fuel the techniques with your chakra in order to keep the on pour of water coming out or else you will not be able to create the streams or the large masses of water. These techniques don't generally require a large amount of shape manipulation. Some techniques do, however, most are just you creating a mass of water or stream of water where you would, therefore, simply pour your chakra into the technique and create an unfocused wave of water that travels towards your destination. These techniques also provide you with a wider range of reach to your opponents. There is also the granted advantage of control over the technique. As opposed to projectiles, where you release them and they become self-sustaining in nature, most of these techniques allow for you to manipulate in different general directions to allow you to hit your target even if they move out of the immediate range.
"Now, as before, give me the advantages and disadvantages of this specific method."

"Now, as before, give me the advantages and disadvantages of this specific method."
So, reading the description, it confirms that the advantages of this method is a greater flexibility in terms of aim and usage, since you can shift the direction of the stream. Since you can adjust your aim, it gives a more precise and efficient aim for a target, as you can perform minute changes while actively producing the stream or jet. Due to their dimensions, it also allows use to materialize a great deal of water to use for other techniques, increasing the volume of water available for manipulation.

Of course, the disadvantages is that you're more vulnerable to attacks, while spitting, with many areas of your body exposed to enemies that managed to avoid the blunt of the stream. Also, there's only so much flexibility on how you can manipulate the stream, mostly being about pointing the stream elsewere, that a more diversified manipulation, like shooting tendrils and ramifications from the stream, or turning it into like, mist.

Panthalassa then scratched his head.

Speaking of which, I know it would be out of order. But I feel, as a ninja from Kiri, that I should learn a bit about our ancestral technique. Would you mind teaching me about the Mist technique before resuming the rest of the method? Sorry if this is not a request I can make, but I would really like to learn the technique.

His answer was right, and Dean nodded his head once more. This kid seemed to understand the system quite well, which meant things would be going fast. Dean listens to his request, and decides to test him a bit for it.

"Very good, right on all accounts there. As for your request, I'll allow you to learn it if you are able to analyse the technique with advantages and disadvantages, all your own with the greatest detail you can muster. A test of sorts. GO GO GO."

Dean takes out a flare gun and shoots it o__o.

Panthalassa widened his eyes as his sensei drew a flare gun and shot it in the air. After hesitating a moment, out of sheer surprised, he quickly startled and rummaged through the scrolls, trying to find all the Mist-based techniques. Finding them, he quickly looked them over, trying to analyse all the information.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Maybe first I should describe what mist is. The air is composed of many elements, mainly gases. One of the element that composes the breathable air is water, in the form of vapour. Mist happens when there's an abundance of water particles in the air, that get congealed near the ground by cold temperature, creating a visible saturation of water. We mimic it by turning our own chakra into mist and increase the amount of cool water particles in the air, creating a screen of fog that prevents our opponent from seeing.

Panthalassa tried performing the technique. He could either produce it from his mouth or use any existent water in the area. Opting for the later, he carried his chakra over to the sea and pulled it apart, dispersing it in the air as the intense mist covered the area around them. He mainly did it to answer his question of whether or not this mist was similar to the great Mist of Kirigakure. Would he have any sort of visibility inside it? Especially in relation with his opponent, would Pantha see better than his opponent, or would they be equally blind inside the pearly-white realm?

He learned, though, that he could easily change the thickness of the mist at will, so he decided to lighten it a bit so that both would be able to see each-other semi-clearly. And then continued.

Then, charging our chakra through the mist, we can re-arranged the water particles so that, when the sun naturally shines on them, or any source of light, we can entrap it and redirect it, amplifying the exposure of lighting to any target within our mist. This can serve to blind our opponent while inside it, which adds to the already low visibility. I do wonder, Sensei, if we can use this technique on any other Mist that wasn't our doing? Either natural or belonging to our enemy. The technique is higher ranked than the one I used to create mist, after all.

Suiton: Kirigakure Shiryoku Hakudatsu) - Water Release: Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprevation
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15(-3 each turn to keep it active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

Then he looked over at his sensei, with a bit of a guilty look, like when he used to hide stuff from his father. He then produced another scroll.

I know I only asked for Mist techniques. But there are only two, and three is a much better name. Despite this next technique being different from mist techniques, it's still an ancestral technique of my village, and I would like to learn it along the other two, if I might. I won't analyse the rain techniques at length, since I don't want to learn all the rain techniques just yet, I want to get back to the second method as soon as we can lol, but basically we can charge chakra onto the atmosphere above us, and produce thick clouds that will shed light rain over the area. This isn't so much to create a water source, though I'm sure we can manipulate the rain, but to carry our own chakra through it, which will leech out any other chakra source, as water is wont to do, and one of the properties I'd really like to explore. Any ninjutsu the rain touches gets drained of it's strength by 10 damage points.

(Suiton Hijutsu: Kirisame) - Water Release Secret Technique: Mist Rain
Rank C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 15 (+5 per turn active)
Damage points: N/A (-10 to opponents ninjutsu)
Description: A technique known by Kirigakure Shinobi where the user first performs the following hand seals Ram → Dog → Rat and then they make it rain. Any chakra that comes into contact with this rain will be eaten and reduces the power of the techniques by -10 damage. This technique lasts three turns.
Note: Can only be used by biographies from the Hidden Mist.

I do have a question though, does this technique interacts with elemental S&W? Does it have the same drain in any rank, higher or lower than itself, and doe sit make difference if it's Earth or Fire? I'm thinking this is more ninjutsu than elemental ninjutsu, water being just a sort of carrier of our chakra, rather than anything that would actually inflict damage, so I'm thinking it just creates an overall drain, without actually "clashing" with other techniques.

If the technique only does 10 damage, does it get blocked entirely? I'm think offensive E ranks would not even manifest within this rain? Not that there are many. Also, how does a weakened technique by 10 damage points behave against other ranks and elements? Imagine all the ranks, how strong would they be, like a chart of sorts. D rank normally has 20 damage, but now it would have 10. Would it be an E rank in strength? C has 30 chakra, minus 10 is 20. Does it behave like a D rank?. B has 40, minus 10 is 30, thus C rank. A is 60, minus 10 is 50. It's over B rank, so It's stronger than B rank but weaker than A rank? And S is basically the same as A, at 70, so would it stronger than other A ranks, but weaker than S ranks? Or does damage have nothing to do with rank strengths in jutsu interactions?

He quickly dashed through the techniques with ease, performing them without any trouble. His analysis was on point too, but he had a few questions about the last technique. They were questions that Dean had asked about before too.

"Very good, they are very handy techniques, I hope you can make your village proud by using them correctly. Anyway, for your questions. The technique is a passive chakra drain, which takes away 10 points from the opponent's Ninjutsu. However, it being a water technique, it would logically follow the S/W of elements. Though the technique is rarely used, and is quite vague. (I'll come back to you abut its interactions with other elements, will ask Scorps to be sure)

Now the question about a technique like say a A rank, being 50 points is something called a strong B rank or a weak A rank. It doesn't really matter, if a technique adds say +30 damage points and it is initially a A rank, that would mean it is around 90 damage points. It would still be a A rank, only more powerful. The rank doesn't change, but if it lands, its far more powerful. This is due to the fact that some people have techniques that boost jutsu up to +50. Imagine a S rank +50, it would deal around 130 damage, would that mean the technique suddenly becomes Forbidden rank? No. It simply is more powerful. Unless a technique explicitly states it increases +1 rank, it doesn't make changes to the rank. There was a large discussion about this a while back, I'll try and get it for you.

Is that clearer for you?"

Dean asked Panthalassa.

So regardless of how much something is boosted, it can still be countered with normal techniques and elemental interactions? An S rank boosted with +30 damage points can still be countered by a A rank of its weakness?

"Yes, like how the 7SM swords adds a bonus to damage of that specific element, but the rank does not increase."

Alright, thank you, Sensei.

Panthalassa wanted to ask for two more techniques, but he wasn't sure if he was pushing his luck. He waited for his sensei to resume the previous method, perhaps it was for the best.

Sorry for the late reply mate.

Panthalassa understood the situation at hand, and Dean was happy he did. Without any problem, they could finally continue with their training. Dean crossed his arms as he looked at Panthalassa, and asked him;

"Alright, now that we're done with that, we can move on. Next, we will be doing what we do before. Collect all techniques from the scroll (aka Jutsu List) from D rank to S rank, that fall under Water source based techniques and Streams. After that, we will be doing three techniques at a time from that list. Leggo!"

Dean threw the massive scroll towards Panthalassa.

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

( Suiton: Mizu Hashira Suiryoku no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Pillar Thrust
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary

Note: Can only be used with either a clone or an ally

(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: A
Type: Offensive,Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

S Rank

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

(Suiton: Suidanha) Water Release: Severing Wave
Type: Offensive
Rank: S-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

(Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Bullet Technique
Rank: S
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

( Suiton: Suijinchū ) - Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar
Rank: S
Type: Defence
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: N/A
Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

Any technique that could have been used as a Basic Projectile, first method, and a Stream, second method, I left out. Like the D rank Water Release technique. I added some techniques I wasn't sure if they fit the second method, solely because, while they are stream-based, or at least create their own water source, they're not exactly water in the general sense of the word. Though I left some there because I really want to learn them. I'm specifically talking about the Water Grudge Rain, because I really want to develop the chakra absorption side of Water and the Starch Syrup Field, because there is a technique in my village that requires knowledge about this technique. Since you like to work in threes, I also transcribed the Rain Tiger at Will Technique. Rain is sort of like a stream and a water source, right? And the sensing ability is really useful to me. There's also the Oil part of water, but I don't care much for it, only added because they loosely followed the method and because I had already added the other loose techniques.

If they are indeed part of the method, I would really like to learn about these three first, and then do the D ranks. If they aren't, I would like to learn them as well, but won't mind waiting until the proper method arrives!

Dean listens to Panthalassa, who had a request. He didn't mind learning them outside the methods, but he was just scared of confusing them. However, he simply decided to give Panthalassa a bit more to do, since he wanted to learn them so badly.

"Alright, some aren't from the method, though most are. as you can see, this is probably one of the longest of the methods. Anyway, you can do the techniques you want to do first (choose three, then the next three and so we go). Now we'll be doing it like the previous time we analysed the techniques, you give me a bit about the technique, what it is about and a few advantages and disadvantages. I'll throw in a few surprise fights every now and then where you will use the techniques you learned.

Now what I need from you, is that you keep track of what you learned, so we don't confused in the long run, right? Cool."

Dean then threw the scroll towards Panthalassa, which contained the techniques of Water streams and water source based techniques.

Rank: A
Type: Attack

Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40 (-10 to sustain)
Damage: 80
Description:
After performing the Dragon → Tiger handseals, this technique will summon a large amount of water near the user that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. Shizuku has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack though the user can shape it in any way he needs for his intended purpose. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent and as long as the user fuels it and the technique isn't fully negated, the Tiger handseal can be sustained and the water manipulated and used. The technique can also be used from nearby water sources, including low rank water techniques, for the same effect. Due to the immense control needed, the technique is considered a highly advanced use of water release, requiring the user to possess a primary water specialty to use.
Note: Can only be used by bios with a primary water specialty.
