Introduction
Hatred
Origin of Bijū
Yin and Yang
--- To be continued. Next related theory: Jinchūriki
The Jūbi was introduced a God inside Narutoverse, this is, a "whole" being that possibly "created" everything human beings could see as Nature.
It is pretty sure to assume that this is the case, since the Juubi seems to be made mainly of Nature Chakra
Kurama explains that since the Jūbi finished his transformation, the Gedō Mazō stop emitting negative emotions. The question is... why?

Hatred
We must see deep inside to analyze this, this is remotely foreshadowed in Chapter 1:
Bijūs. They were considered by humans as mere tools of War, souless sources of chakra. In the worst cases, they were considered Demon Spirits.
Nonetheless, these creatures were dangerous... humans only knew half of the truth. The source of hatred for these animals were mankind as live beings.
Naruto gave hope to these Bijū, before their chakra were absorbed by the Gedō Mazō. This is the reason Kurama could not sense evilness in the Jūbi... Naruto was able to balance it. There is an interesting thing I would like to discuss later, but for now let's keep it just like this.
Now, for starters, we know that the Bijūs were powerful Animal Spirits. How were they born?

Origin of Bijū
They are dual existences... they have both Body and Spirit... they were the result of a jutsu that unbalanced the harmony of almighty being, the Jūbi.
The Sage of Six Path, who once was the vessel for this whole existence, extracted it from himself and then managed to divide the Ten Tails into Yin and Yang, Spirit and Body. In order to mantain Nature Balance in the process, he had to divide this existence into ten pieces. These were the Nine Animal Spirits, and the Ultimate Embodiment: Shukaku, Matatabi, Isopu, Son Goku, Kokuō, Saiken, Chōmei, Gyūki, Kurama and finally, the very well known Gedō Mazō, the last one being that one which was sealed in the Moon.
Tobi explains that the legendary Sage's Jutsu, the "Yin Yang Release - Banbutsu Sōzō" uses the Yin to create tangible things from nothingness, and uses the Yang to input lifeforce in that lifeless entity. It is interesting how he uses a dual statement to describe that even when he takes these elements to execute the jutsu, he applies the Vitality and Physical Energy paralleled to the "Yang", and Imagination and the Spiritual Energy paralleled to the "Yin". The thing is... how is this related to the state of the Jūbi after being divided?

This could sound a little weird, but we must dig a bit inside Taoism in order to understand what's behind the Jutsu of the Sage... in order to see what does it exactly do...
Kurama stated indirectly that the Jūbi was mainly Nature Energy.
This is exactly what Kurama felt about the Jūbi when it wasn't Gedō Mazō as a single manipulated vessel (because this one was being controlled by Pain/Obito's Rinnegan, a human manifestation of the Hatred).
In the other hand, Bijūs are Spirits with consciousness that in the most extreme cases could take over their vessel and consume their souls and reach balance. These vessels are a spare "Yang" part for these Spirits... and they are named Jinchūriki.
In all cases, these vessels had to meet certain requirements to be able to hold that huge mass of chakra. From the most weak Bijū (
they had a great physical energy... they were very "Yang" influenced.
The answer to the question asked in the previous sections reveals in front of our eyes. Gedō Mazō is the Yang (Embodiment) part of the Jūbi, while the Nine Tailed Beasts (Spirits) are the Yin part of this whole being.
Both parts needed a seal to reach balance or be kept quiet. The Tailed Beasts needed Jinchūrikis to reach their balance, and the Gedō Mazō needed a huge lifeforce to be sealed in the moon. This was the Lifeforce sacrificed by the Sage to make use of Chibaku Tensei.
(This happens when the Rinnegan user goes beyond the use of his chakra capacity:
(Pink note: Furthermore, both jutsus served the same purpose... The Sage sealed a fragment of the Jūbi in the Moon, and a Jūbi fragment was sealed inside Obito).
Wikipedia said:Taoism (modernly: Daoism) is a philosophical and religious tradition that emphasizes living in harmony with the Tao (modernly romanized as "Dao"). The term Tao means "way", "path" or "principle", and can also be found in Chinese philosophies and religions other than Taoism. In Taoism, however, Tao denotes something that is both the source and the driving force behind everything that exists. It is ultimately ineffable: "The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao."
Kurama stated indirectly that the Jūbi was mainly Nature Energy.
Naturalness said:Naturalness (Chinese: 自然; pinyin: zìrán; Wade–Giles: tzu-jan; lit. "self-such") is regarded as a central value in Taoism. It describes the "primordial state" of all things as well as a basic character of the Tao, and is usually associated with spontaneity and creativity. To attain naturalness, one has to identify with the Tao; this involves freeing oneself from selfishness and desire, and appreciating simplicity.
