(When contact occurs this causes damage to the user by burning their lower arms from the electricity and the user cant perform any elemental attacks or taijutsu requiring the use of their arms for one turn).

and their was no attack my jutsu is also really fast so if you didn't do ion manipulation charge then my jutsu still takes affect and you still die

2. umm hello I have Byakugan I can see the chakra being mustered up before it's released no matter how fast it is i can still stop my jutsu as quickly as it starts. and you stopping me from doing my armor stopped my whole attack.
3. stop beating around the bush and fight.

Dude do you not know what byakugan is??

as you begin releasing your chakra I stop the armor before that chakra even reaches me. as my byakugan is seeing you release that chakra I stop my armor before I even fully finish it.. your chakra would have to reach me before I stop that and with me being a hyuuga. the chances of preety slim as
1. seeing it before it gets to me provides me time to stop my technique
2. as hyuuga Im able to release chakra from any of the 361 tenketsu with ease so you can also say I'm able to stop that release also with ease. therefore that allows me more then enough reaction time to stop using my technique.

are you that desperate to kill me that you've completely become a idiot to the chakra control and eyesight of the hyuuga?
