[Theory] The Hyuuga and Uzumaki, the Uchiha and the Senju

It seems like you are over-thinking a bit. There are a lot of symbolic names, that has something to do with different things relating them to one each other. Amaterasu is also related to the sun, as tsukuyomi is related to the moon, so do they have anything to do with Hyuga and Jubi? Not really. I am not entirely aware of how much such symbolism play a "big" role in Japanese story telling or just generally in Japan, but it cannot be wise to put too much thought into it in this story, every time it seems relevant. Kishi gets almost every name with inspiration from somewhere else.

Though not related to your reply, I actually like the theory of the sage being the beginning of all shinobi clans more, and that some of his blood is in every shinobi. Those that has contained some kind of unique blood line, are those that kept the "purest" blood within their clan, and thus their genes are closer related to some of the sage's genes, or perhaps more likely, his sons. With which I mean, that they didn't take too many outsiders into the clan. This could explain the firm traditions within the Huyga clan.
I mean if you take Sasuke/Itachi as the examples, they seem to be the ones with the purest blood from the Uchiha clan, just like Madara, which is why they all obtained Susanoo. Then we take the Senju. Hashirama definitely is unique. Compared to Tsunade and Tobirama, they are almost nothing. I know Tobirama is his brother, but yet it seems like Hashi has somewhat "purer" blood, and by that is closer related to the sage than Tobirama. Perhaps their dad ****ed around, who knows. They don't really look like brothers, as Uchiha siblings do.
And then the Uzumaki clan is just another example of that.

Yeah maybe the meaning of names shouldnt be given to much importance. I see amaterasu as a bit different though, even though it is the sun god, cause it is black fire, where the hyuuga is white eyes. It could be possible that the Hyuuga wont play a big part in the story, as in having to do with the sage and such, but that would be disappointing for me at least (and I know for many others).

The sage has been teaching ninjutsu to people. So probably not everyone is bloodrelated/descendant to him and his sons.

Hum this is right ,,,it is also stated that Uchiha are the decendents of Hyuga........

I don't believe that for a second. Until a manga chapter and accompanying page(s) are referenced stating otherwise, I'm not convinced.

With regard to the symbolic names, the various jutsus we've seen thus far that have symbolic names related to Shinto deities are listed as follows:

* Amaterasu-Ō-Mi-Kami = Goddess of the sun
* Izanagi = The forefather of the gods, he is the first male as well as the god of creation and life. He and his wife, Izanami, were responsible for the birth of the islands of Japan and many kami, though she died in childbirth. Later, after his failed attempt to retrieve her from the underworld, he sired Amaterasu, Susanoo and Tsukuyomi.
* Izanami = Izanagi's wife and sister, she is the first female as well as the goddess of creation and death. She died shortly after the birth of Kagu-tsuchi, and Izanagi followed her to the underworld, but failed to bring her back to the living world. A marital spat between the pair caused the cycle of life and death for all living beings.
* Susanoo-no-Mikoto = Alternately romanized as Susano-o, Susa-no-o, and Susanowo. Reportedly called "Futsushi". He is the god of storms as well as in some cases the god of the sea. He is also somewhat of a trickster god, as Japanese mythology extensively documents the "sibling rivalry" between him and Amaterasu. Susanoo also was responsible for the slaying of the monster Yamata no Orochi and the subsequent discovery of the sacred sword Kusanagi.
* Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto = Also known as Tsukiyomi, Tsuki no Kami, Tsukiyomino Mikoto, and Tsukiyumi no Mikoto, he is the god of the moon. He killed the goddess of food, Uke Mochi, out of disgust and anger in the way she had prepared a meal. This caused Amaterasu to never face him again, causing the sun and moon to be in different parts of the sky.
* There are several more relating deity names with the "elemental" jutsus. For example:
* Raijin (god of thunder and lightning) relates to lightning jutsus and the Raikage title
* Fūjin (god of wind) relates to futon wind jutsus and is also known as "Kami-no-kaze," relating to the
Kazekage title.
* There are more, but I think you get the point.

I for one, do not think we will ever have these questions answered. Mainly, because it has no impact on the story line, whatsoever. Kishi has enough explaining to do in the story at the moment, and right now, it does not seem, like Naruto would have any reason for meeting the SO6P either, as some believed he would by gaining the chakra from the other tailed beasts. But let's wait and see. More plot twists are probably coming.

Which kind of facts do you think are lacking? I am aware the theory is not 100% fact, but theories cant be . If it is 100% fact it wont be a theory anymore.
