Naruto would do anything he wanted with Neji as soon as he got red eyes. Naruto with a slight speed increase, if one at all, was able to not only stop Kaiten and damage Neji in the process, but also completely render his 64 palms irrelevant. Imagine if he used what he did against Sasuke at VOTE? Neji has no chance. The only one capable of fighting Naruto is Sasuke.
Even if Neji got better, he's not beating CE Naruto.
It wasn't the speed what stopped Kaiten. It was the Kyubi Chakra that was surrounding Naruto what stopped it when it clashed with it. And even with an incomplete Kaiten Neji was able to repel it and Naruto is the one who took the most damage from the clash.

The Kyubi Chakra is also the same reason that 64 palms were irrelevant since it was destroying every thing in its way as you can see in the bottom left panel.

so Hand to Hand combat was not an option for Neji since he would've been ran through. The kn0 Naruto that fought Sasuke didn't have the destructive Kyubi chakra around him so it was possible for Sasuke to evade his punches and fight with him hand to hand. Just imagine what would've happened to Sasuke had Naruto had Kyubi Chakra when Sasuke evaded his attack.

Yup, he would've been simply ran through. Now let's get back to the main point. How is SRA Neji going to beat CE Naruto? Easily, since he is faster than CE kn0 Naruto (unless you have a feat from Chunin Exams Naruto that suggest otherwise) so he would be able to perform a full Rotation before Naruto has the chance to clash with him and as I stated before, an incomplete Rotation was able repel his attack. A full Rotation would repel his attack with no effort especially a full Rotation from SRA Neji which is > A full Rotation from CE Neji [

Pretty much did the same to Kakuzu and Pain. Barely uses any tactics when he used ntn but tactics in the fight and is constantly called the most unpredictable by the writer of the story.
Wasn't able to keep up with clones yet u showed a scan of him keeping up with clones , with clones complaining about inability to keep up with him. Meanwhile the clones on the roof easily found a weakness in Sasuke's movments and tagged him in no time. A opening where if Naruto wanted the fight over he could've had the clones grab or dogpile Sasuke instead of kicking him away.
Sasuke was using his body speed to knock them away before they clustered him , causing them to fly into each-other before they got too close , meanwhile Neji was point-blank in the thick of them where they actually clustered and yet they could not find any openings in his movements to touch him.
Byakugan can see 360 , and it can anticipate attacks as a additional ability. Two different powers.
Neji couldn’t even finish him off with his 64 poke no jutsu. Sasuke did more damage way more damage with just 2T and a katon. AND Naruto just kept on going with more chakra. Sure, they make note that it’s the fox’s chakra, but it’s not like he had to use a crap ton to get passed it. He barely used any at all. So this is supposed to be the technique that would end fights? It couldn't finish a child, man.
By more damage u mean no damage right? Because 2T+Katon did literally zero damage to Naruto and in actuality Sasuke didn't even touch Naruto in that fight and would've gotten pasted by Rasengan in wat would be a flawless victory for Naruto while Naruto got five hits in.
-64 Palms isn't even as damaging as a single well placed strike from standard Jyuken , a glancing blow from standard Jyuken is critically damaging by comparison and 64 palms isn't even needed to completly block Chakra-flow.

Only reason why 64 Palms was used on Naruto is to make sure that Naruto didn't have to receive 64 of these strikes instead.
The speed of this is trash. I keep seeing how it can stop anything, but it could barely stop a Naruto who was barely even using his Kyubi chakra. His eyes aren’t even red. It’s basically a Naruto with hardly any speed increase. The funny thing is that the only thing that seems to upgrade in this technique is its size. So much for blocking anything with greater than decent speed.

The fact of the matter is Naruto used a form which could use the Chakra around him for wide physical attacks and extra protection since it can flare up in an instant. The enemy cant touch him with Taijutsu and would be forced to move or block.
- Pretty sure that the Rotation can get lethal since Hiashi blooded about 20 adult ninja in one blow while kid Neji's didn't even draw blood from kid Naruto or even knock him away a good distance in comparison to this.
This guy has no chin man. I’ve never seen Naruto knock anyone out with one punch. Although this isn't able to be generalized to the rest of the hyuga, it does show that Neji cannot take a punch.
