Ok, this actually looks epic. I guess this is where Saruman joins Sauron, and Legolas will be awesome as usual.

I've seen it yesterday, the scenes from Dol Guldur were easily the best, my fav moment of the trailer is actually Elrond, one of my favorite Tolkien characters

but all of this does still worry me, it again looks very CG heavy (over practical effects) and many of the notable moments (in both) trailers look like a rehash from LoTR ... again, with more CG :/

I also really dislike the ElfxDwarf story line

I also have to ask, how is this the defining chapter? other than ''Riddles in the dark'' The Hobbit is the least defining chapter of Middle earth.

but nevertheless I can't wait, my friend (well, his father) actually got us premiere tickets this time around :hooray:, and thanks for sharing

I find it odd that movie makers kind of project it as if Galadriel had an affair going on with Gandalf. Other than I would be waiting for the release.
