If you go recap the episode where they introduced to naruto pervy is dead. they had a corpse of the dead pain. You can see there that the eyes were still in the dude head. Now call me crazy but Tobi took the eyes from a DEAD guy so noothing should be wrong with that. Sooooooo why didnt somebody take that mtf... know what i mean? I wouldve had sakura remove one of my eyes and put that mofo in.

something like this ^^^ See all the controlled Summoned animals had Rinnegan you'd say, but it's more like how the Kyuubii's eyes turn Sharingan when Tobi was controlling them... Same with these 6 paths that were actually controlled dead bodies.
