Well, this book came out a while ago apparantly, though I haven't read the previous one for a year, I read it again today and I'm going to search for the second one.

Any comments from people who have read it already?

I think likewise have read the book (The First One) again because i read it last year when it came out. I am looking forward to receiving this book (The Second One), but everywhere that i have gone to has had the book sold out or on hold by someone else, So i just ordered it online and am waiting for it to come in.

Serious feedback??
Not to discourage you from buying it(or if you already bought it) cause its an outstanding book, great writing by RR but seriously I thought that the 2nd one was just like a filler you know. It has great moments, great new characters, new enemies. Though I thought he didnt put as much effort as he did the first time.

OVERALL......its amazing still get it :D

Well, I think the main problem about this one is Percy has always been the center about the story, and now it's about a bigger plot. Though I've not read it yet, that's what I'm assuming based on what you say.

Well I've read ALL the books so far, I have trouble finding that one though.
Feedback?
Nothing for the book, but as it's from Rick Riordan, I expect it to be action -filled, awesome, cool, romantic, dramatic and full of surprises. the Lost Hero was a great surprise to me and I was so hooked I read it in like 3 days even though it had 300 or more pages!

Update: Just finished the book yesterday, the fight was a beast, especially with Franks' tactical approach, though I hate one thing (spoiler)

How the greek battleship arrived, but the introduction of both camps are left for the third book :T_T:

I got bored halfway through the book because of Hazel's blabbering about her past repeatedly...So I skipped to the end where both camps met. Somehow, nothing else in the book stopped me from skipping to the end or attracted me to read on despite of Hazel.

All in all, the writing is good within this story, just not the side-storyline on the Roman Camp...
