3. Sarutobi, why? Master of all the ninjutsu developed in Konoha. Fought the 1'st and 2'nd in Edo form, and won kinda easy even if he was old.
4. Minato, why? The fastest shinobi ever(so far). Creator of the rasengan, incredible sealing techs. Defeated Tobi and the Kyuubi at the same time. A true protector of Konoha.
5. Tsunade, why? Master in the arts of medical jutsu. Heir to the senju clan. Incredible Taijutsu skills. Big care for the protection of Konoha.
